Hmmm... I try my best! I have 3 tactical squads painted, 1 and a half assault squads, five death company members and my captain! I have a lot still to do, but I now have a lot of time!

Thanks begel dverl, but it's a max of one model per person sorry! I think you misunderstood me earlier, you're fine to make more fluff for squads and stuff and the army as a whole that includes certain members, but no naming etc as we want to make it open to everyone! (though at this rate I doubt we'll fill them all, but oh well! )

And those dashes are meaning that there is a place available, but the model has no extra wargear!

And anyone got ideas a to what to arm my stormraven with? No hurricane bolters as I have personalised doors, but I was thinking of going tank hunting with multi melta and lascannons? any thoughts?

I think a tank hunting Storm Raven is a good idea as then it covers all bases, and the deathcompany take out all the smaller vehicles and troops the gunship detroys the bigger tanks ^.^

I might make some fluff for the army as a whole!

Okay, stormraven practically built (only after-spraying assembly still to do) and it has lascannons and multi-meltas as agreed with sister valence! i am preparing my tau for a small campaign at the weekend, so

a) no blood angels battles till next week at the earliest.
b) probably no internet on Saturday and most of Sunday so no updates.
c) not much painting over these days either.

Just some forewarning before, in case you think I'm dead or something!

My only problem with this is that if they were scarred by the warp it wouldn't cause the black rage, they'd just be executed. The Rage is completely random. It is more likely in the heat of combat, but they can get it even while sitting on the couch reading their favorite 40K novel.

That is true, but they could have looked into the warp and then been in combat and succumbed to the black rage? Idk, i'm just trying to fit the fluff in with your very good point!

Before ares induction into the blood angels 4th company he lived a planet that had been taken over by a deamon prince and his followers ares and his faimly lived under the terrible rule of the deamon prince for many years.
Until his prayers where answered by the arrival of the blood angels 4th company. Ares was so inspired by this that when a blood angels assault marine fell to a traitor ares picked up the the chain sword and flung himself at the alpha legionair despite the odds being against him ares struck out at the traitor who easy dodged his swing and brought down his blade on ares shoulder. Ares stumbled back and colapsed the tratior who thought he had killed ares began to walk away just as ares jumped to his feet and brought his blade across the traitors neck killing him .
Ares colapsed from his wounds after and would have died there had his heriocs not caught the attention of the companys saguinary preist who brought him back to the ship some wanted to kill him because he may be tantied by chaos in the end he was allowed to live and after proveing himself as a scout he was placed into assault sqaud theta.

Tactical Sqaud Beta Seargant Brother Kaiden


Kaiden was taken from an Underhive Arena on Tarsus; after a BA recruiter noticed his considerable endurance and leadership ability, he was turned into a Space Marine of the Blood Angels Chapter. In his first campaign, he helped crush a slave rebellion on a rather large mining planet. His Commander, noticing his affinity for demoralizition of the enemy and bravery in the face of death, promoted him to a Tactical Marine of Beta Squad. Kaiden maintained his post here for 30 more years, until his sergeant was gutted by a Bloodletter. Kaiden rallied his squad and held their position, a promethium refinery, for the rest of the battle. He was then promoted to be Beta Squads new sergeant. in the 70 years since then, he has had the full support of his squad, though its members have changed over the years.
