Looks like the rounded up to $3.1 million and added Sophie and Friends to the core set making it 158 models for $100.

Thankfully a friend of mind has kickstarted so I just have to send money to him to tack on to his order.
So for me...
Blacksting Wyvern
Lords of Hell
Thunderfoot Behemoth
Blacktooth Terror
Skeletal Dragon
Nyarlathotep
Lost Valley
Horror
I'll work out a price for it all shortly but should be plenty for my Dino heavy campaigns.

Bases are always in such short supply for me. I'll probably end up buying a couple hundred so I can finally base an entire 'faction' on the same kind of base.

Short and simple for me,
Blacksting Wyvern
Dance of Death
I'm tempted and likely will add more before next year; I'd still like that zombie dragon;l

In terribly surprising news, Reaper demonstrated how unethical they were by pulling a bait and switch on the shipping charges for RoW backers, again.
All through the project the shipping grew towards $20 in the PM, post project it's now showing as $127.
Do not give your money to Reaper, back a company or an indie who doesn't lie and steal.

Have you sent them a PM about it? If they won't respond, we will help you make as much bad publicity for Reaper as it takes for them to honor their...implied promise(?).

Something similar happened last time due to a glitch. Contact them and they will fix it.

They never responded to my emails about Bones 3, why would they start now?

Went and checked, my shipping fee didn't change either.
Seems like a bug as pointed out by others

Mines still low as well.

My postage is also unchanged. It sounds more like a glitch unless you've made a massive order which has bumped the postage up as a result.

So...got the $100 buy-in...but not sure what I should get for it - I really only play Frostgrave with fantasy minis - should I get the core set, or look at the add-ons and extras for my money? Is the core set such good value over the extras that the minis I might want will outweigh the value of a targeted set? Not looking to increase my pledge significantly.

If you see something you like, and are ok with spending the money, get it. We can't tell you what to buy.

Eddie, if it were me*, I would prioritise terrain, for FG, and maybe grab some of the large monsters too. Reaper is very good at doing both those things in Bones, but much less good at doing human-sized or smaller minis.
*It isn't me; I backed II and III but am not backing any more Boneses.

Thanks for the feedback guys - actually helped me organise my thoughts a bit - and yes, terrain is a good idea, as are the bigger beasts - i'll drop the core as a whole and pick and choose instead.

Explanation for AUS: "From time to time, AU Post takes their site down for maintenance. When they do this, our site cannot connect to their servers to retrieve rates, and thus defaults to US rates.
This fixes itself as soon as AU post comes back up. Do not panic. This is certainly not ideal, but it is also not charging any of you actual money at these rates. Just hang on for a few hours and it's be fine."
As for Frostgrave:
* Tree of Despair
* Fantasy terrain, although the gazebo and astrolabe might be too uncommon for Frostgrave.
* Darkmere expansion for soldiers, although the water-based miniatures (eg. fish) and non-combatants wouldn't find use.
BTW, Does Frostgrave *really* have to use winter-based terrain? I skimmed the rules and it looks like you could use them for typical FRPG terrain? TIA!
EDIT: Thanks, Nostradomous! Lookie what's starting up second week in September! : http://www.lead-adventure.de/index.php?topic=103483.0

Frostgrave doesn't NEED to be played in the cold. Besides, Ghost Archipelago is also an option.

Frostgrave is a city that's thawed after a long magical winter. Snow is appropriate thematically, but not required.
I made an extensive collection of terrain for Frostgrave, but I didn't use snow on any of it. No one ever complained.

Considering "Frostgrave" *kinda* is moving to a tropical setting in a month... then no, you don't need to force the winter setting. Frostgrave games are soooo flexible, and even has scenarios where I bet that Astrolabe terrain piece will be of great use. Automatically Appended Next Post: That barge is going to be a centerpiece of half my Frostgrave: Ghost Archipelago tables for years to come!

Thanks -- also, for the Frostgrave players, there's another winter terrain KS that just started. Meanwhile, Archipelago players have 12 hours to pledge for the Forge Prints Adventurescapes game tiles, including a docks set. 120+ pieces for $75!
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1613044699/adventurescapes?ref=user_menu
Also meanwhile, Reaper's given the update, including are reminder to fill out that Pledge Manager: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1513061270/reaper-miniatures-bones-4-mr-bones-epic-adventure/posts/2008330
More importantly, I found this on the Reaper forums: "Regarding shipping, the shipping rates are live and fluctuate every time the carriers change their rates. If you had an estimate during the project and have higher rates now, there have been rate increases more than once since the project ended."
fwiw, Found this USPS proposed rate hike in letters and flat rate boxes (which Reaper does not use). Other carriers raise their rates when USPS does, but dunno if they will do this for this specific rate increase. Wouldn't take chances, myself. http://about.usps.com/news/national-releases/2017/pr17_062.htm
