I love the teal and silver, I hate the pink horns.

Wow, I really love the color of the armor. Is that how it looks in real life? (Since the blood on the horns looks a little purply I'm wondering if the photo is distorting the colors a bit.)

The green is actually a color GW used to sell, called Scaly Green. They've discontinued it, but Vallejo carries a similar color called Scurvy Green. For highlights, I use a 50:50 mix of Scurvy Green (or Scaly Green if it still exists) and Jade Green.

Oh, and I hate the horns too. I always mess up shading them properly, so I just slathered some Gore Red on them.

Great color! I have used scurvy green on other projects, it mixes well with white and green. Cant wait to see more

It's very nice. I wouldn't expect this color scheme to work so well, but it does. It's great.

Maybe take the blood off the horns, as others have mentioned. Standard bone color will go really well with the teal.

I'd love to see a whole army of these!

No particular chapter. I originally intended it to be a splinter chapter of Emperor's Children, but now I'm thinking of making it undivided or possibly a Fallen Angels sect.

Narp, they are the same as in other boxes (e.g. the tactical marines in the SM battleforce are the same as in the SM tactical marine box), just bundled together and give a reasonable discount

Alas, Scaly Green, how I loved thee! Why would thou have to stop being produced?

As you may see, I like the colours you have on these. Keep it up. They are slightly similar in colour to Alpha Legion (at least the AL-guy in WD when the new CSM-codex came out), you know.

Decided to finish the bugger tonight. Paintjob was a bit cruder this time around as I rushed it a bit, but hope you like it:

Turned out very nice. I hope my possessed come out as nice. Although I am going to make them chosen/space marines.

Got a bit of a decision anxiety on how to cobble my possessed together, so I took a break and did a couple of regular marines. Yeah, the pictures suck.

These are the khorne bezerkers that i'm working on. I like the Black Legion scheme but its hard to make the black pop. I 've tried edge highlighting with grey but I don't like the way it looks, maybe with my possessed I'll try it with dark blue.

Love the work on the horns! As for highlighting with grey, have you tried starting with a thin layer of 50/50 mix of Chaos Black and Codex Grey and working your way from there? Think there's a nice article about painting Black Templars on the GW site that you can use as reference.

Been working on Chosen but wanted to make them stand out a bit in contrast to the regular dudes. Comments and criticism welcome.

I like them, your silver is really nice, and the helms stand out well.

Small update. Started painting my rhino:

Gotta fix the highlighting and a bunch of other things, but that can wait until it's assembled.

A slow but steady progress:

Looks clean, with your paint scheme you have lots of options on making the tanks look good. I will have a hard time with mine as there really isnt gold trim on a rhino, I have thought about using some liquid green stuff and making some trim in certain places.
Looking forwards to how your going to implement your reds.

A little update on my possessed:

Really like the way they are turning out. What color do you use for your silver and flesh tones?

For the metal, I drybrush with Tinny Tin from Vallejo (Tin Bitz if you're using GW), then I drybrush lightly over it with Gunmetal Metal (same as Boltgun Metal). Gives a nice contrast and makes the metal not look as flat.
For the flesh I use Sombre Grey (same as Shadow Grey from GW) as basecoat, then a 1:1 mix of thinned flow aid (mixed 20 parts water, 1 part flow aid) and Wolf Grey (Space Wolves Grey from GW) for a smooth consistency. After that, I mix in Bone White (so the mix is 1:1:1, if you may) for rough highlights and at last add another 1 part Bone White to the mix (so it's 1:1:2) for tiny highlights. Can barely see them on the pics, but they're there. Hope that helps some.

You Sir are awesome. I have seen your thread before but never left a comment. But I saw it again now and had a gander. You army is really coming along and looks great. The contrast of the colour scheme makes you models pop and really catch your eye. You should grab yourself a Terminator Chaos Lord and paint him up, would love to see that (P.S. if you do, do put the cape on then paint him. Makes it hell.)

I have found myself converting the possessed squad i have into Havocs. I have three with missile launchers just need to figure out what to use for an AC.
