I would like to publicly apologise for my spaming, crapy first episode and everything else.
I would like to start out and say i suck and need to work on my podcast alot. Secondly for your info this is the first time i have done anything like this ( so don't be aholes and act like i know what i was doing) and i would like only constructive criticism and patience with my spelling and grammer i am working on it and am just a freshmen.

Well first episode you have give us some flavor. Let us know what you're like (i.e. personality, interests, how you got in the hobby, etc...) then maybe talk about what you like about the Nids dex and what you don't. If you are just building an army then talk about the process. You're talking on the intraweb so just have a conversation with the audience. If you have a site set up (or a going to make one) then maybe you can eventually answer questions.

Ok we are recording this sunday and the websites that is hosting us is podbean.com

We are now looking for a cool logo for the show that would not break copyright so if you have any ideas mail it to use.

please make sure the podcast is clear and easy to understand.

a good starter topic is codex reviews, and letting listeners know about your gaming past. try not to be biased when covering army books. im not gonna name any names, but a certain podcast i used to listen to had horrible voice recording and they only covered the "good" units in the army books they reviewed, quickly skimming over undesirable units.

Due to technicalty difficultys and other things ( liek the program quiting ou tright when we are almost done and schedualing) the pdocast will not be done by tuesday but by wensday night or thirsday and i am giving a shout out to both of you for your help if that is not ok the email me at gunsguassandguants@yahoo.com

Not really. Gauss is a term used for some magnetic principles: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gauss_(disambiguation)

Trying to copyright (or trademark) the term 'Gauss' is unlikely to go anywhere: it's kind of like trademarking 'Gravity'.

Trademarks are generally valid in an appropriate region and domain... As such, there's no conflict between 'Gauss Burritos' and 'Gauss Plumbing' (although two many of the former may cause you to put a heavy laod on the latter). It's also OK to have a Gauss Cleaning in LA and a Gauss Cleaning in Washington, DC as long as they're local to those regions.

'Bolter' tends to be protected, but again only in certain contexts. For example, wikipedia has a couple entires for 'Bolter'. Gauss Rifle might be protected, but the Traveller RPG used the term long before GW did, for example.

In this case, I'd spell it correctly as spelling it wrong makes you look like you can't spell.

Essentially, BrookM is saying that we're going to pre-judge you on your writing. You might be a great public speaker, but if you can't write with at least a reasonable attempt at grammar, don't expect us to spend time checking to see if you are.

As I said in the other thread, while arguing over the ability to protect 'gauss' I didn't think that 'gaunt' might be protectable as 'gaunt' as a noun is mostly a unique GW creation.

I would like everyone to dismiss our first episode it was piece of crap we both know it (all it is good for is spamming someone you don't like) and are doing our first decent, podcast and would like you give use another chance we would be very appreciative.
