Seriously a few games ago I was joking about using a grot for a nob. So recently I bought a box of gretchin and thought "hell I go one better then a nob" a quick brainstorm and some cutting and pasting later, PRESTO!
Its not named yet, but I figured Id share this mean little tyke with everyone. C&C welcome

Pretty cool lol. My only suggestion would be for him to be riding the squiggy beast.

Honestly I thought of doing that. But dry fitting a different one with better legs, just ended up looking weird. Like that fox/knight guy that rides the shaggy dog in the movie Labyrinth. Just odd looking lol

Lol the ladder is a pretty funny Idea. Maybe next time Ill try something like that.

Alas i fear that the claw alone will prevent his moving to far. Try using the grabbin klaw bit from the grot box as a power klaw, other than that it all looks pretty dang good.

forget ridding the squig and just have him riding on the shoulders of some poor whipped ork. Put a bit and bridle in the poor orks mouth and everything. Then maybe a ladder going up his back.

and thanks for the compliments, I am just channeling my inner Big Mech. I am currently trying to attach a Lobba to the roof of my house. The hummies across the street must go! But the wife is the little grot yanking my chain and will not let me.

Great concept!

I find that between the banner, boltguns, squig and PK, the grot itself really gets lost. That's not at all the characteristic of a warboss grot! He's gonna have presence! If you put a little hill on the base and had him standing on it, it would really bring *him* out into the spotlight.

Just too fun. I really think you should have the next one on the shoulders of one of the runtherds. Or if you really want to take it too far, put one like this one on top of a Brettonian mount. Chop out a bit so it'll fit on a 40mm base, glue it back together, paint it up with all the regalia, and then have a grot with a klaw and pistol...

Or figure out how drill out a meganob and put the grot head in place of the big one.

What kits do the parts come from?

Its reallt a bunch of things.
The giant skull and horns come from the battlewagon kit
The skeleton and skull on spike are from a chaos tactical squad (the skeleton being from the nurgle banner)
The human head from the nobz kit
and of course the Ork head is from an ork
The pole its on came from a boyz box set.
Bolters are 1 SM and one Chaos with chain obviously

What an ambitious little git you got there! Riding on the back of a haggard ol big ork would be pretty masta blastin sweet!
