Episode 32 covers ways to enhance your games with technology. First we have an Interview with Jay Waschak of VBAM games. Jay explains how he leveraged print on demand and PDF publishing technology to start his game supplement company.

Later the D6G team takes a look at a wide variety of technologies that can be used to spruce up your gaming. Whatever your game: RPG's, Card Games, Board Games, Miniature games, we cover tools that will help improve your play game experience.

All that and our usual 'not too horrible' humor, with features such as:

- Rapid Fire
- The Hollywood Minute
- When Wives Attack
- Words from Wales
- & More

I'm assuming this has been mentioned long ago, but does Raef realise that Diesel is spelt Diseal on the front cover of Diesel the Weasel?

Still listening, so posting this before I forget: the game that Craig mentioned and couldn't think of the name ('with the stones and the dishes') - I'm pretty sure it's Mancala.

Quick reply here:

Carriage: yeah, we told him. The response, invariably, is: "It's a NAME!!!!"

Radish: Yeah, I figured it out on the drive home from recording. Total braincramp. I own it and love it, actually. Thanks for the heads up!

Hey by the way, how long is the Munchkins contest gonna last for?

The winner of the Munchkin contest, along with the 5 or 10 funniest runners up, will be announced in Episode 34. That means that we will be accepting entries up midnight GMT on the Tuesday before, I believe. If all goes according to plan, that would mean the 16th of June.

That’s all tentative, of course, because we ARE the D6 Generation, and so no telling how things might go all wonky on us. But if you use that as a guideline you can’t go too far wrong.

Oh, and hey, look at me posted from the school! My classroom got invaded for a staff meeting this morning, sending me wandering the halls like a nomad, and I actually found a computer without a firewall! I can’t get here very often, but it’s nice to know I have options!

Talk to ya’ll later, boys!

A word on 'non-existent' dice (WRT gamer gadgets): I have in my dicebag a d3, a d5, a d7, a d14 and a d16. When I bought them, it was with the idea of playing Button Men - but if I'm really honest, I mostly bought them because they are Shiny!

What's really spooky is that Craig is living the life of "Welcom Back Kotter." Which is why we reference the show from time to time.

Sadly I believe Craig's life is closer to that of 'Gabe' than of John Travolta. It's a good life, but he dosn't have his own jet, or go to scientology meetings. (often)

I love the Not Too Horrible merchandise, I'm eyeballing a Not Too Horrible hoodie myself. Dan's new cupid graphic looks very tattoo parlor, I dig it!

You guys mentioned the 40k game Russ and Craig played, and how nice the armies looked. Any chance we could see some photos of the Mordians and Tau in the gallery?

Great show, as always guys. Keep it up!

We should add them again. Here's a link to my IG army from back in time:

Pretty much all those models hit the table in 1700 except for the Whirlwind and assasins. Although the Whirlwind may show up as a stand in for a Manticor, if I can figure out a way to make it look big enough so it isn't cheesy.

I've added a few models to my list since those photos, including Storm troopers and a new sentinel (so my army now includes all 3 generations of sentinels). And I'm excited to start a Valk soon.

I thought we had pictures of Craig's amazing Tau someplace... but apparently not. I'll have to remedy that next time we get togeather. He has some great conversions in that list.

Howdy Kogwar!

The last five minutes of Ep 32 (aka Do you ever Notice?) was a parody of Christian Bale (the guy from the Terminator film). To 'get the joke' you have to have seen or heard about this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ba0-ctqzRsg

40k Armies: Craig owns just about all of 'em. (he can fill in the details). I used to have SM, Orks, Tau, Deamon Hunters, and IG, but my collection is now down to just IG. Raef has sold all his old 40k stuff, but he USE to play Chaos, Space Wolves, Space Marines, Sisters of Battle, and IG.

Do we 'square base'? Raef and Craig still play WHFB from time to time. Raef is currently working on a Vampire Counts army. Craig owns a lot of WHFB armies as well. I used to play Lizardmen, Orcs & Gobo's, & Tombkings. I've since retired from the WHFB field as I get my fantsy fix from Battlelore and WM/Hordes now-a-days.

What Russ said about D’you Ever Notice. If you haven’t heard the clips from Christian Bale’s tirade, you really owe it to yourself to check it out. I’m a little concerned that so many people seem ready to believe that that was real. What kind of an AssHatt do you guys think I am, anyway?

Currently I own Tau, Space Wolves, Space Marines, Grey Knights, Squats (played as Space Marine Scouts, so they kinda suck now), Khornate Chaos Space Marines, Dark Eldar, HUGE IG army, and a BEAUTIFUL Lost and the Damned army which, of course, I can’t play anymore.

As for WHFB, I have fully painted and suitably converted Empire and Tomb King armies as well as a huge mob of Dark Elves that are . . . sort of . . . painted . . . a little bit . . .

Surely your mates would let you play with the list in friendly games at home. I have played my LatD with my friends after it became obsolete and they allow it, because they know how much work I put into it.
