I have 3 bags of carrots sitting in my fridge , no one in my house likes carrot , but i eat them for vitamins + dont waste food.
But the smell and taste of it is rather nauseating , are there any good recipes with carrots that can help cover the taste?
So far i know curry is good , but its not going to be able to use up 3 bags o_o
Also what are laws on leaving vegetables in parks for animals to eat , is that considered littering?

Boil them. Then mash them. Then puree them. Add beef stock, onions (thinly sliced red onions), celery, worstershire sauce, coriander, and pepper. Enjoy.

You got potatoes, make soup. I might make some carrot soup myself as a matter of fact. Boil in chicken broth, pour in blender.

Carrots are f'ing tasty. Put em in stews/soups, salads, or just dump a bunch of your favorite salad dressing on them and chow down.

try steaming them with some butter. I find that when steamed they lose all bitter after taste and lower the strength of the flavor. They become much more palatable to those who don't like the wondrous vegetables.

Grab yourself some Chipotle Mayonnaise, grab some movies and curl up and munch down. The mayo will help mask the flavor.
Chipotle Ranch is also good with carrots.

Chipotle anything is good with anything.
Also, given your location, I'm surprised you didn't suggest ranch first. You people put that on pizza for Christ's sake.

Step off, ranch is the perfect cool topping to offset the crunchiness of pizza crust and the heat of spicy peppers. It is a glorious aid to a good pizza.

The only thing that should go on a good pizza is a little Parmesan cheese, and oregano. Maybe some garlic butter for the crust if its a bit thicker.

Simple pizzas are cowardly, true glory comes from exploring the route of mixed cheeses, spicy powders, exotic meats, and mysterious spices.

Yeah, it hurts to agree with either of them.
Ranch makes a great dip for buffalo chicken/wings. Best football food on Earth is buffalo wings and beer.
Never heard of ranch on pizza but alfredo pizza is good.
The baby carrots are an awesome, healthy snack (and addicting as hell).

Steamed carrots with a bit of butter and brown sugar are delicious.
Sidenote: Ranch dressing on pizza? really? Dosen't sound like it would be very good.
Now Catalina dressing or Tabasco sauce on pizza, that's good eating.

Fitzz is definitely from the south. Not too much separates a carrot from a sweet potato...
@ Luna,
Wash and skin them, cut them lengthwise into thin "straws" and stirfry them with some cabbage, onion, and some soy sauce in a big wak; throw in some ginger and garlic and maybe a dash of hot sauce or pepper. Throw in some rice vermicelli noodles and BANG, stirfry ala agnosto (except mine always has lots of meat in it).
