Cool list
One thing you might consider is dropping the Bright lance to a SC on the Fire Dragon Serpent. Right now it's the #1 target for opposing AT.
With the 35 points you've gained in this way you could get spirit stones on that Serpent, Mandiblasters/Power Weapon on the Autarch and/or Withdraw on one of the Spiders Exarchs. That unit would then have some CC punch if the Autarch is there too.

I don't know if I understand you correctly;
But no, I would put the Autarch with one of the Spider units, like you have planned probably.
(If you let the Autarch use it's Warp Jump Generator when alone, any double means instant death for the Autarch)

Warp spiders rock. I don't know that in this list they really 'go with the flow' though. Overall, it's a decent list.
Personally, I hate autarchs. I think they're absolutely worthless outside of a 100ish point fusion gun and if you make them out for combat,
you may as well get a good farseer or Yriel instead. In short, they cost too much for too little effect on the game.
I agree on the BL change to the fire dragon serpent. It's too dangerous right now and every single S6+ weapon in your opponents army will
shoot at it first turn. Without at least stones, you probably will have it at the very least (if you're lucky) stunned if you don't get T1.

They require much more finesse and fore-thought than the average player has. If used in the right lists by the right players with the right playstyle, they are devastating.
S6 weapons against a flanking transport and jumping back out of counterassault range. Tossing lots of high strength shots at MCs. Tying up weaker troops and withdrawing. They are harassment troops. You don't see them often or at all in local gaming clubs/groups for the same reasons some people say vypers suck. they cost a lot, and if used incorrectly, will get owned very quickly. If used correctly, they can and will have a huge impact on the game.
My local GW guy actually told me vypers don't come in 3's because people don't use them much. Then he stammered and said 'well I mean they are used for 'advanced' play.
Every unit in every codex is usefu if you use them in the role they were intended for.
This is not a unit I will say 'everyone' needs to use btw. I'm just saying they rock.

Skyrays, Vespids, Ethereals and Aun Va prove this is far from true.
However in the list above you are using Spiders and Avenger shooting for your heavy lifting and for that I don't see what the Autarch really adds and Doom and Guide Seer would make those units far more potent.
Also you are real low on scoring units.

Fling, my apologies, I should take that back. The Tau codex is riddled with units that suck or people don't know how to use. Revised statement:
Every codex has units that lazy players, unskilled players, or players who follow popular trends in gaming (probably either lazy or unskilled) either refuse to try or cannot use to any great effect. However, some of those same units used by players with some will, skill, etc will impose great effect against popular sentiment. Warp Spiders are one of those units.

Well take runes of witnessing to solve most of those issues, they will only nulify 1 in 2 powers so still useful. I can see the point in the Autarch now though but I still think your list might work better with doom and/or Guide around.

4 rune priest lists and warrior wings those can nulify 2 in turn or make it difficult to use them and tarch have always been more usefull for me than seer
and rapid melta deploiment is alvays good
and i have very very bad luck with psykers mayde its becose of my bererker warband

Fair enough though 4 Rune preists would still only result in 1 runic weapon save not 4 so in reality no better than running 1 Rune preist in terms of pyschic shut down just in terms of area effected.
To be honest I'd say Farssers are the corner stone of pretty much any eldar army and if you've never tried them I'd sincerely advise it they really do help the Eldar.

Guide/Doom make a DA squad almost as effective as 2. Fling is right. I know you have luck with an Autarch and fair enough the +1 reserve roll is nice if you actually DS the spiders. I suggest similarly that you give it a try.

i actually taked stones after in next game casted doom on grots(only enemy troops left)two ws and theyr da w/bladestrorm open fire and zero hits so i cast mind war on slaver to hoping make them flee i killed slaver and then charged 8 grots with seer result 1 dead seer wtf

Here's the maths on a Dire Avenger squad bladestorming at MEQs with Guide and Doom:
9 DA = 27 shots 8/9 hits = 24 hits
Exarch = 5 shots 35/36 hits = 4.86... hits
28.86 hits 3/4 wounds = 21.65 wounds = 7 Dead Marines on average in 1 turns shooting (nearly 4 dead Terminators or 10 dead Terminators if you're shooting at mine)!
It is totally devastating fire power! Guiding the warpspiders can make them hugely effective too (they shouldn't need doom).

Yeah double runes and stones are a must severely cuts down those 4 Rune Priests and Nid Psychic powers whilst ensuring you still have a very good chance with yours.
Epistolary upgrade is 50 points for Marine to use 2 Psychic power so 20 points for the stones is a steal!

You are playing 4 RPs and not taking a Seer? a 95 pts Seer with Roward and Doom will be totally worth his pts then. RPs will be getting perils half the time  .
I would consider droping one Spider squad for another dragon squad. You have enough anti horde without three squads of spiders
