Yeah, it's ANOTHER music thread - but feth it, why not?
I was just wondering what some of your musical 'guilty pleasures' were - those artists/songs you can't help loving, even though they bring you nothing but shame and persecution from your peers, and leave you an outcast from civilised society?
Mine is mid-period Mariah Carey. There, I said it. That feels better.
Well, for all my love of shoegazing, industrial and goth and my loathing of most chart music and stuff like house music, I do love me a bit of drum n bass.
I enjoy Evanescence (too lazy to go find a song sorry).
Oh and Panic! At The Disco is one of my favorite bands.

I didn't so much as listen to mid 90's Mariah as drool over mid-90's Mariah.
I was glad I had a box of Kleenex and some lotion near the tv whenever her videos played.

When you consider all the time I've spent making fun of the Jonases, I should be, because I'm a hypocrite.

Admitting you like JT takes more balls than I could ever muster (or care to admit).
My guilty pleasure. I like some of Britney Spears' songs. Only SOME. Her last album was the best I think, even if that's not saying much when speaking about bubblegum pop, overnight sensation.

Their music isn't overly bad, however I am ashamed about actually liking a hip-hop group.

she released her first song in 1998 called..."pokerface"....yes...sorry Man Gaga is a cheap rip off POS. Not only is Ayu infinitely more talented...her music is about more than just being so high and drunk and partying etc.....
Automatically Appended Next Post: and @ albatross....man...I love ALL RnB stuff from the 80s and 90s....Tina Turner, Mariah, En Vogue, all of it....
