Goal 1: Finish assembly and magnetizing of 2 Battlewagons and a Vindicator - DONE
Goal 2: Obtain, assemble, and paint the new Manticore kit (get to pick this up on Saturday) - DONE

June's painting accomplishments

Hmmm... Paint 40 Dwarf Thunderers, 2 Master Engineers, 10 Quarellers, a runesmith and the rest of my Artillery crew.

Complete a 1/72 Westland Lysander and Hawker Hurricane in Finnish Air Force colours by the 25th (Group Build deadline)

Finish of XII (Anima Tactics) and a couple more AT figures if possible

Get the kids at our library club to complete some terrain.

Will be interesting to see if people achieve the monthly targets.

My first goal: Finish making Dark Apostle conversion, and then paint said conversion.
My second goal: Paint 9 veteran cultists and one Sergeant Bastogne 'count-as'
My third Goal: Some form of armour support, either a Leman Russ or Valkyrie. Assemble and paint, currently undecided on which though.

1. Paint ten 'ard boyz and a PK nob
2. Assemble and paint Mad Doc Grotsnik
3. Assemble and paint ten more 'ard boyz and a PK nob

Paint my Hellhound and 3 armored sentinels. Hopefully strip my squad of Stormtroopers, Straken, and Harker.

Buy and paint up 3 more zoanthropes and finally finish my trygon. He's been waiting a while. I would also like to finish my Swarmlord so that most of my 1850 list is complete.

Assemble and paint my thunder cannon. *sigh*

3 vindicators, 1 baal predator and 1 rhino...

If I succeed begin RE-painting the other baal predator and 3 rhinos, then build 3rd baal predator and land raider, then continue cutting sprues/card for storm raven.

Continue to clean assault squad flash.

Oh, and also get busy scratch building some terrain.

How is everyone doing?

My goals are looking rather distant and retreating rapidly over the horizon.

Well I'm at 3 weeks without a smoke cold turkey.

The Warband is done BUT I need to base 3 of the models.

I'm doing about 2 night goblins a day. I can't do anymore otherwise I'll go insane and kill myself.

Added some more paint to the mech but need to actually finish it.

1/2 Orboros assembled and has a couple coats of paint on it. When I finish it I'm gonna start the Argus

Still looking for a better job. there's plenty of jobs but there are more than enough people looking for each one of the right now. Something like for every 1 job hiring there are 300 people looking for it over here in the greater Orlando area.

Doing pretty well on the modelling front despite the cold turkey.

If I had managed to do a couple of gobbos per day since starting I would have finished the little perishers by now

1. Find something to do til GW-Beater Tyranids arrive.
2. Apologise to the penguins for taking over Antarctica.

1. Assemble and magnetize the Emperor's Fist Tank Company I bought way back and that has sat ever since. UPDATE: 9 done, hopefully have the last one done in the next few days. UPDATE 22June: Looks like we are downmanning and will be zipping out of here for the airport on a moment's notice any second, so I had to pack everything away for the transit from India back home. We'll see if I cn get it done when the traveling is all done in a few days. Update 22JUNE: Aint no way I am getting back into my Leman Russ's before I get stateside. I will be happy with having 9 done, for now.

2. Build collapsible game table for rec room. Going for collapsible so that I can clear it out of the way for Apoc games.

3. Build shelves for lower level of house so I can actually get some crap unpacked and can see all my stuff and work in earnest. UPDATE: Making plans now for 8'x3' units with 5 horizontals. Should be able to do each one for under 30 dollars. Which is good because I could easily use 10 of them in the house. UPDATE: 30 bucks a piece?! WTF was I thinking??

June goals completed! This is the first time I have ever stuck to a deadline of this nature. Bring on the next month.

Progress has been great on the Gamesday entry... however...

I got completely sidetracked by working on a Deff Dread for a painting contest. It's almost finished, I'll get some pics up in the gallery after the contest ends.

July is going to be back to the conversion grindstone, things are shaping up nicely for Baltimore!
