Very opriginal.. are you planning on transfering the art work to decals or insanely trying to paint it. You keep giving me new ideas.

Question.. the troops in the above picture.. are they all painted using your " oil weathering " technique?

Thou I say pin up girl is always a positive, It's not really saying " Angels of DEATH"

There is a good book out there of aircraft nose art thou I can't remember the name. Somewhat explains the reasoning crews choose what to put on their planes. Still On some chapters I can imagine more sexual pinup art on say the SW or WS, and the stripped down bolter for the BT or UM.

I think Meph got the BA right. BA being a bit vain and in reverence for their Primarch. ahhhhh pain .. SANg... as a fat head!!!

TGIF.

Look forward to seeing more Meph.

Your style of storm raven makes it look more " jet like" More racing version!

I agree... what needs to remain is the red blood drop. it you take the middle right and add the red blood drop - that might make it more appealing for me as well

Nice . love the darkened look. They have a very cast Iron feel. Heavy and hard hitting.. The greeen works well. never thought about doing the braiding in any color other than red.. nice.. give me new options.. humm

Man your weathering is ace! Notably on the metals. the weapons and engine parts. Also very uniformed and consistant.. the bumper /skirting on the speeded for example.

Actually looks like it could go to space and back. Sleek and fast. Love the decals. Oh so much more goodness to come..

Welcome back. I always like the story poses.

I did mine.. but not calculating for the additional weight of the figure. I did mine with one Mag,in the body to hold the arm and one under the shoulder peice. This way I could get the maximum out of the pose as possible. Secondly the body magnet could be adjusted to change the center of G on the weapon arm by allowing the shoulder to rotate.
Some weapons are better centered than others.

I like sniper rifles myself. They at least would 50% of the time on anything.

Camo... Intresting idea. That would be different. Good luck.

I have too much to put together the normal way and Paint to go ahead and kit bash something new. More power to ya!

Bikes are one of the few meta's that work well in the 7th. I've done well with a tapped out command squad.

Great poses .. thou I think the Capt.'s sword is too long. It looks two handed and a bit odd with the PF being a short reach weapon.

Quite the load out there! Need a profile shot!

I too am looking forward to the new BA codex. I sure hope it's not a nerf job.

intresting concept on the libby paint theme. Curious on how that will turn out.... and .... and....?

I like the stripe, but I would have done it in an off white for a more drastic look. Plus break up the red and gold and draw the attention to the head.
