I love the sly 'nerd' references they (the producers) sneak in every so often. Like "Kaplah!" in Team America. They're the ones that make me laugh hardest.

Yeah, that episode was probably one of the best I've seen South Park do. Of course now Cartman and Cthulu have joined forces to smite his enemies so... this can't be good.

I agree with Tyyr. I didn't find the episode funny, by Mysterion has become a favorite of mine, and Cartamn (his superhero name is sensored XD) is pretty good too. I hated the first episode two seasons ago, but these past two have done a really good job entertaining me.

And Cartman and Cthulu? How didn't I see that coming... It makes so much sense.

Incorrect. The whole point of the name is that it's unpronouneable. That was why they had all the different pronunciations: proves that Trey and Matt know their Lovecraft though.

Well, it is from a dark, nightmare dimension beyond the farthest reaches of time and space.

Or something.

It takes a bit of effort in most video editing/conversion applications to flop the footage.

I suspect the Noodly Appendage had a part in it.
