any one know their names and what weapons they might have besides the new one forgeworld are putting out and the Slicing Orbs of Zandros?

i really need to know these as soon as possible as i'm trying to cobble them together for semi great crusade war am i planning as i doubt these would have been these Aspects would have been lost at that point

There are no "lost" aspects, only some not explicitely explained. The Slicing Orbs are the only example for those "other aspects existing" that is named in official background texts. And the new novel "Path of the Warrior" explains quite well, that even dormant Aspect temples can be revived.

'Path of the Warrior' also mentions the Crystal Dragon aspect warriors, although it doesn't provide any details about them.


It is possible for an Aspect to become lost, though it's difficult to bring about. It would essentially require the loss of every single exarch of that Aspect on every single craftworld that had a shrine to that Aspect, with a complete and total inability to recover their armor. Even one empty suit of exarch armor is enough to revive the Aspect because sooner or later an Eldar is going to come in contact with the armor and assume the identity of the exarch.

Maybe Forgeworld will start doing some more Eldar Aspects if the Shadow Spectres end up being a successful line.

As an Eldar player, I doubt that the shadow spectres will be anything other than a success.

If your right, I look forward to more aspects as choice is always a good thing.

Cyrstal Dragon aspect eh? give me a few ideas, any more minor/lost aspects floating around out there?

Slicing Orbs of Zandros - one line in 2E
Shadow Spectres - new from FW
Star Eagles - ??? Pilots/vehicle crew
Crystal Dragons - Path of the Warrior

None of them are lost, they just aren't major aspects w/ a phoenix lord

i see.... i have hence updated the title of this thread due to that fact. still are there anymore besides those 4?

Cos there is no other information on them, they are throw away names created by GW fluff writes that one day might get developed.

What I posted previously is basically all the information there is. There are no other names or information regarding their fighting style, history, etc. available. Thats really it.

Basically there is no other information published on them. They might one day become part of the craftworld codex. But no guarantees. You'll have to wait for GW or BL or Forgeworld to write about more.

Pretty sure there aren't any others, if there are, they are fan made. GW really hasn't listed off that many 'other' aspects.

Hoping not to sound like the idiot in the room but not all the aspects have had a pheonix lord.

Slicing Orbs brings some sort of scything boomerang-style weapon to mind. Like the old Web of Skulls.

Based on the look of the Shadow Spectres, I'd be tempted to say that Crystal Dragons was the name of one of their shrines. They look like mobile long-range anti vehicle troops. Maybe with the option to combine fire for a mean blast? Anyway they look groovy.

That's how I always pictured it too. The bit I want to know in reference to them is what Zandros is. Is it a small craftworld that they originate from or is it named after someone from Eldar mythology.

the only aspect warriors without models are the ones listed already, any others are fan made and not canon, how many times do people have to tell you this?

So your choosing not to believe that what's already been listed is all there is? He wasn't being rude. He was telling you there's nothing else out there. BL, GW and FW haven't made any other mentions of any different aspects. So until they do that's all there is.

What Lexx said. There is NOTHING else out there. Trust me on this, I've been playing Eldar and following the fluff for about 10 years now.

i swear there were two more, i just remember coming across a site that listed them but for the life of me i don't remember the site. that namely the reason i've posted this here
