Oh my god. What would you do if your son was slapped by their fourth grade teacher? Talk to the superintendent? Think about pressing charges? Demand $250,000, an annual $1,500 Wal-Mart gift card, free college education (Only up to the Master's Level, though), and a further $50,000 charge per incident of "demeaning, humiliating, or otherwise making said son (Who also happens to be your intellectual property) feel bad?

Well, that's what one parent from the Kansas City school department is demanding. After hearing about the incident with her son, she created a 40 PAGE (!!!) document and mailed it to her son's principal, superintendent, as well as a few senators.

I stopped reading this at page 38 when she refers to her son as 'god given and ordained personal property' owned by her and issues a 250,000 bill for damage of said 'property'.
This is without question one of the dumbest things to ever occur in history.

She wont get it, but only because she timed it poorly and went one or two steps too far.

However had she just claimed the equivalent to he shopping list of claims in cash for distress and a hintr of possible racial harassment she could quite easily get that amount of money.

Chat up the wrong lesbian and its 500K damages time from the employer. Because one shouldnt chat up lesbians, its disrespecting their preferences.

There was a notrorious cae in the press about ten years back where a person who was able to get two or three minority statuses in a row sued every employer who didnt give them an interview for various 'isms', the person was on 30K a year on lawsuits alone. Companies would pay up rather than face the label.

Fortuneately political correctness is slowly and surely on the way out, PC dogma doesnt stop discrimination, it facilitiates it. Fortuneately the press are seeing it and employers and providers are standing up to it. About time.

Just based on his mom's mental capacity, I'm willing to bet a fully painted space marine tactical squad that the kid probably deserved to be slapped. And he should probably be slapped again just because his mom is stupid.

I have read the entire 40page document twice and...wow,I have to say that this woman seems to be the lowest type of opportunist.

Don't get me wrong,if a teacher..or anyone,slapped one of my children,it's very likely I'd be angry at that person...but FFS,this woman's list of "demands" is absolutely ridiculous.
