Report: marines deployed to counter the boys and warboss, as the nobs were further away. shadowsword wrecks the shoelds on the first stompa, kills 5 boys clustered around the stompa's feet. nobs begin to flank shadowsword. 3 tactical killed by stompa, boys rush towards captian, warboss stays back. shadowsword kills first stompa, explosion kills warboss. tactical kill 10 boys, captian rushes boys and kills 3. orks lose combat by 3 and take wounds. 2 more boys killed by combat resolution. nobs repeatedly shaken shadowsword, dreadnaut and captian destroy second stompa. game called due to turn limit being reached.

Apocalypse needs AT LEAST 3,000 pts

Have you heard of structure points? Its why stompas don't get killed by a dread and captain. Or 2 shadowsword shots.

You are now sentenced to death for the heresy of this report.

I kind of have to agree with theduncan.

The points were not 3000 and the Orks obviously had a lot more points than the Marines did. You also appear to have played practically 100% of the rules incorrectly for Super-Heavies and the some of the weapons they utilize.

i wasn't the only one there, we were just divided so much it was almost like multiple battles. i didn't pay attention to the other fight because of the walkers in my face.

also i didn't just use the main gun, i used all guns and got some great rolls.

Great read. The armies were beautifully painted and the detail the report went into was just perfect, I could practically see it happening right in front of me.

Great game and a really well written report thanks for that.

Aren't super heavy explosions D? If so they inflict ID.

No, they just auto pen and roll +1 on the damage chart:

1 - Gun stunned
2 - Driver stunned
3 - Gun destroyed
4 - Drive damaged
5 - Loss of a structure point
6- Loss of a structure point and reroll on the damage chart

Each stompa has 4 structure points so...

Seriously OP, you should read a few battle reps, and get a better idea of how to do them, because this was just terrible. Im not normally one for talking bad to people as I have a thing about bad juju, but really now.

It took me five minutes because I kept re-reading the thing to see if I missed something.. I felt that my eyes were deceiving me. I kept thinking, "This is it? This is It?! No.. it can't be true.. Maybe the pictures are still loading.. maybe there is a link somewhere.."

But, alas, that was it.

I will admit that this battle report was not very good. But it was my first battle report and I have seen worse.

The comments were the most entertaining part of this
