Who would win?

Vindicare could kill all 3 of them in under a few seconds. They are taken at a young age, like space marines, and littlerally have one mind set: Kill with a rifle, without being seen, quickly.

I like how you say sniper team as in "multiple people". Sniper teams are 2 men. So they really don't have a numbers advantage. Now say 10 snipers all working together...
Oh and the vindi has it easy

Just for the sake of argument I'm going to say the "Earth" Snipers, mostly because there is two of them, one to spot the target and one to kill it. There may also be a third which is considered a "flanker" who observes areas not visible to the sniper or spotter and assists with the team's rear security.

Lets see... highly trained assassin, one of the best in the galaxy, wearing a suit that blends in with his surroundings and makes him invisible to known sensing equipment, using a rifle that fires rounds that can penetrate almost any material in the 40k universe, and contain miniature cogitator targeting-spirits that track the target, making the shot nearly impossible to dodge?
The OP describes how a Vindicare winds down after a long day at the Officio.

Even if the Earthers had every possible advantage of terrain, infomation, and preperation they still couldn't manage it.
The Vindicare is one of the deadliest killing machines in the 40k universe.
The Vindicare could down 3 targets with ease.
Not only that but his body armour is probably proof to most sniper round barring the biggest.

Hmmm, I don't know a .50 cal is pretty dangerous. But its hard to compare these two as each are specialized in different ways, in a jungle I would say earth, in the desert I would say vindicare, in the city I say possibly a tie.
@Nerivant, the snipers would have thermal, which as far as I know is not in 40k and so is therefore unknown (correct me if I'm wrong), so his invisibility wouldn't help very much

The Earthers can't kill what they can't see...
The Vindicare also probably outranges them.
He is also more than likely much better trained and a much better shot and has much better equipment.
The 50. cal is good but no where nearly good enough to even the odds.

Thermal is known in 40k it just isn't used that much... Deathwatch use it and AFAIK some of the more advanced vehicles have it as an option. Not sure on whether the suit is invisible to infared or not... Doesn't particularly matter either way, the Vindicare more of a match for any of our snipers.

Well of course he out ranges them, thats why the desert is a given for him, the jungle helps the snipers as they know how to use the water (sorry if I'm biased but I'm mostly basing this of the US Navy SEALS) and range isn't the key there, in the city sight is limited and hiding abundant so I think the three man team would be a little bit better suited for the job. Plus we earthers have things like thermal and infrared and other crazy things that I've seen but do not know what to call them.
@Nerivant, where are you getting all of this info on the vindicare? Is it just a personal belief or have you read it somewhere?

Humans need to eat, sleep and easily fall prey to exhaustion and paranoia; a Vindicare Assassin can lie in wait for days without even taking a shot as he chooses his moment to strike; his advanced technology allows him to stalk his prey during the day and night, as well as in multiple weather conditions, and his training is far greater than human training.
The first mistake a human sniper will make will be turning up.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

A Vindicare is trained and enhanced to physical perfection. Not just the best he can be, but the best any human can be. He's faster, stronger, at more at home in extreme environments than the best SF operator we have today. By magnitudes.
The Dark Heresy RPG books have Vindicare as an Ascended Class, them and their gear is covered in slightly more detail.

Okay.
Seal teams are highly trained to perform dangerous tasks. They are some of the best special operatives in this day and age.
A Vindicare assassin is trained from birth to be the ultimate marksman.
He is trained to kill people so highly guarded that entire battlegroups have failed at killing them.
It is likely the synthskin armour is in fact immune to infared.
The range doesn't matter because he is just as lethal with his pistol, the ore terrain the better because it gives him more things to hide behind and more things to shoot from.

It's not about being loyal. It's about knowing when you are hopelessly outmatched.
In this case it is barely a competition...
Try a site called Lexicanum. People put it down because it can be edited by anyone but it is good for general background.

The fact is... there will always be people who think that "USA! USA!" is a valid response to directed pulse rifle fire, a Tyranid invasion, or a Sternguard Drop Pod assault.
