In the darkness of the city Grey Knight city "Shining Shield", something has been happening. Something very bad. Many murders have been occurring in this cold, dark town. As the murder rate went up, and the killings got more gruesome, people suggested that it was not one person, but many. Found close to the murders have been sacrificial altars, and deadly instruments of torture and murder. The murderer or murderers are extremely dangerous and must be eliminated. Every single one. The Grey Knights authorities have an idea on who it is. One word. Witches.

The Grey Knights in the massive city put together a Witch-Hunter, and Heretic hunting group. In this Role Playing game, the only goal is to find clues, and eventually kill the Heretics. This never ending horror Role Playing game is called Witch Hunter.

To join you must fill out this form, choosing one of the options below:

Warrior-Priest
A Warrior-Priest specializes im many things, including vicious fighting, and exorcisms. Every Witch Hunter group needs at least a few Warrior Priests to guide them, and give them backup.
Weapons: May make own, Mace, Holy Shield, Hunter Sword, Flail, repeating boltgun, bolt pistol.

Sorcerer
Every Witch-Hunting Sorcerer is trained in the arts of Dark Magic, and is able to fight with ancient and magical spells, to which the Witch Hunting group finds very useful.
Spells: May make own, Holy Judgment, fire missile, spear thrust, may train in a variety of new spells after finding new spellbooks in the Game.

Assassin
The most cunning, and ruthless of the Witch Hunters, the Assassins train in the art of assassination. Usually wielding deadly weapons, they are the best Witch assassinators.
Weapons: Spear, Sword, Dagger/Daggers, may make custom weapons, pistol.

Hunter
Standard Hunter
Standard Hunters are always ready to hunt, and serve their Witch Hunting group.
Weapons: Choose own weapons and gear.

Master Hunter
Master Hunters are skilled in every fighting skill, rushing at the enemy mercilessly, or sneaking up, and breaking their spine.
Make own weapons.

No offense, but this is NOT a good time to start bombarding this forum with more RPs. Inter-Astrum, RussianZombies&LargeWeaponsCache, Space Hulk, possibly a third Blood Moon are going to be going up (or in Space Hulk's case, Eventing) they are all 1000 word post RPs which require a LOT of time, not to mention the medium sized ones, like Eye of Chaos and Toyhammer. people wont have time to join this RP (or continue it in some cases) and you would probably be better off starting it a few months from now, also, people dont tend to take word-by-word RPs seriously, so don't be disappointed if it dies as it starts.

also, a word of advice, don't try to run two RPs at once, it gets very confusing.

Space Hulk, and Inter-Astrum. as well as Eye of Chaos.

well, Inter Astrum is still in the 'making the universe' stage. and Space Hulk is paused after a massive battle on my ship that was fused to the hulk the Heart of Darkness, between my warband (night lord, terminator lord) two ork WHAAAGH!!!s, and a tyranid gaunt swarm, forced me two flee, while I overloaded the plasma reactors, and left two other PCs (the orks, the tyranids where dead by then) fled the site, as the ship blew itself to oblivion, and headed to my other base with another PC (Marduk the inheritor) and all told the battle involved a stormhammer tank blasting my gate open, an ork warboss-on-plague-champion battle (I was being assisted by the death guard) and a battle between a titan and a mega dread resulted in Darko calling the game to a pause, while he writes an event. so. yes, best RP on the forum so far



oh, and one of the PCs in the iperial guard turned an entire two regiments to chaos and is currently assaulting his former HQ

I'd love to join a 1000+ RPG, since that's more of my RP style, but all of the current ones have ben going for a while, which means I'd have to read everything that happened before... If this is suposed to be one of those RPs where "My character shoots Plasma Gun at the darkness!" is a valid turn, then I reallly don't want to join it.
