The setting is post apocalyptic, the year before the planet was in WW3. During the fighting a group of what were called terrorists appeared to the world threatening to set off a virus bomb that would wipe out the worlds population if the fighting didn't stop. Instead of a cease fire the factions all began to fight in order to take control of said bomb and dominate the world. On the last day the terrorist facility was breached by both African and American forces. The surviving members of the group pressed the button and released the sinner plague on the world.
The chemical weapon did not do as it was expected and only those closest to it were killed immediately. Those outside of the kill radius succumbed to what came to be called by those few who were immune, the sinner's plague. It targeted chemicals in the brain that caused emotions and took them to the extreme. These people went insane becoming psychotic raiders, separated into a few tribes.

You are one of the few immune people in this world of maniacs. A few days ago you found a destroyed town surrounded by a hastily built wall. You find it free of raiders, instead run into other sane survivors(the other PC's). After surviving the year you are distrustful, but make an alliance of necessity. In the center you find a church still standing, you all enter for the night and find a crippled old man sitting behind the altar(me) he says "Welcome to Ghost Town"

In this RP you are a team, but also out for you own survival. I may allow one or two NPC's to be with you. You will be building your own defenses and such, right now you have a pile of rubble and a sloppily built wall. Eventually you might even become a community. I will be throwing in events every so often to make things interesting.

Name: Merle-Len Jahoanas
Race: White/Celtic
Job: Gunsmith, odds and ends dealer
Bio: An American Arkansan, Merle was a single man of thirty getting by via selling assorted goods and trinkets and had a part time job as a gun designer. He often had dealings in military grade firearms, resulting in him being able to acquire one for the road. Merle was a traveler by heart, living in his van, with a fridge, microwave, and sink. Lack of fuel forced him to park it into a small parking building, where he has a good number of supplies for a rainy day and for sales purposes. He currently runs a shop, though some of his wares are suspicious in the nature that they aren't found in Ghost Town.
Special Skills: Gun Expertise, Mercantile
Gear: Various goods, Small hatchet, solar powered flashlight, UST-15 with a number of shells:

Bio: Dave had been walking around for several days after his car finally packed up and was lucky to find this sanctuary. David spent the majority of the time working on his own, and although he would like to think of himself as a loner, secretly he enjoyed others people's company and liked to be alone on "his" terms rather than by force or circumstance.

Dave chose a area where a house once stood, seeing enough materials to rebuild some kind of structure.

To clarify the land thing. Ghost Town as a whole is a unified community, but it is also a survivors priority to tend to his own survival. At the moment Ghost Town has been flattened, but their are plenty of resources to build whatever you want on your plot, whether you make your home into a fortress, a shop, or farm. Almost anything goes with it.

Job PreWar: US CT operative.
Gear: A80, Colt New Service, a 'kit' containing his most precious stuff.
Bio: when he was deployed in command of a small group of Counter-Terrorist troops in india, he was responsible for the capturing and mass execution of the Christian radicalist NLFT terrorists (india) in the field. he regrets not a single thing of that mission, he cut out the leader's tongue and pickled it in a jar which he keeps in his 'Kit' to remind him that there are still horrible people out there. when he got back his superiors let the event slide. and he left the CT unit a few years before the outbreak of WWIII. he lives in a well kept two-story house and basement with his dog: Sandy, (same name as my most recent dog! Weird, huh?) he has a offroad vehicle modified with armor plates in the garage.

Remember you just started building stuff in Ghost Town previously it was leveled nothing standing except the church. You can have the truck as of now you have no gas, ok. For sake of fairness.

hey...whats the limit on weapons? im not gonna have a minigun,i was planning on having:

-katana.
-combat knife,hollow hilt.
-a full auto rifle.
-a revolver.
-a semi auto 20 gauge shotgun.

that too much or what?

i was planning on having a fairly large arsenal, but full auto weapons they do not sell fully automatic at weapons shops LCK...I have one because i am a former CT

if you can add weapons I might as well add two more.
