Ive read a few times on here, that our brothers across the pond, dont really get snow, but more cold and wet. Well I personally think the world has gone backwards. My news keeps telling me that Texas/Oklahoma are under blizzard watches/warnings and Im sitting here, to GREEN GRASS, COLD! and RAIN! Seriously world....WTF?! I bought a snow plow, and rigged it up to my mower so I didnt have to shovel my wide ass driveway this year, and Ive had to wear rain gear, NOT winter gear. Seriously, Im suppose to be knee deep in the white stuff, but instead Im ankle deep in mud. This sucks. You guys can have your winter back

We've had some snow, some pretty heavy snow (for the uk) for most of the day around a week ago actually.

Course none of it settled though.

We've had nothing but crappy, rainy weather here in St. Louis also...Normally, it's in the low 30's/high 20's right now, with snow; instead it's in the 40's with a bunch of rain.

But, I can't complain - I HATE snow

No snow here on the south eastern edge of east Anglia, however its not been raining much either. Just chilly.

At least it allowed all my mail order stuff to arrive in good time. Silver lining and all that.

That might be true, but here in Michigan, its not uncommon to have heavy snow fall just after Halloween. Infact sometimes growing up, I got the free candy while slugging it through snow

I recall wearing shorts and playing volleyball outside my dorm during finals week my first year at MSU. The weather up there is just plain strange.

No snow here for christmas, either.

The fact that it's supposed to be "summer" would explain that, though.

We still get the crappy weather and storms and rain, though. Apart from Monday, there hasn't been another single day this week that was clear and sunny.

I like it, it's meant to be summer here but it's not that bad and has rained a bit.
