I'm interested to see how their AT guns turn out, as so far AT guns and artillery pieces are some of the things that Battlefront tends to pretty consistently do better than a lot of other companies.

I think this new rules system looks fantastic. It's the period of the war i find most fascinating and they seem like a safe pair of hands to really do this justice.

Interesting. Are there any examples of this being played with15mm miniatures online anywhere? Specifically in relation to this being played with figures based for FoW.

Big P wrote:As with KGN, you can use 15mm perfectly well with the rules. You can really use any scale. 20mm is the 'default' scale as thats where the author and chums are at home with WW2.

But it will play fine in 15mm.

Thanks. It's the basing rather than the scale I'm interested in though.

On an unrelated note, what do people think the likelyhood of Jagdtiger's making an appearance in the new book are? I've been wanting to run a unit for laughs for a long time, but they haven't been featured in any of the books since I started playing.

Just my 2 cents

It has a section dealing with multiple basing.

Im also playing in 6mm and I just use a dice to mark casualties but latley I have written up a simple roster sheet. Each base is numbered and I tally casualties as I take them.

Its very simple, keeps errant dice off table and has the rather cool side effect of the enemy not knowing exactly how badly off my troops are...

Update time!

**UPDATE 2nd July 2012**

News from PSC HQ:-

We are delighted to announce the release and shipping of the 15mm SdKfz 251/D Halftrack conversion kit!

The kit has 24 crew figures and parts to build 16 halftrack variants: 251/10 Platoon Commander with Pak 36, /8 Mortar, /9 Stummel and /16 Flamm. All for only £16.50. Please note you will need to purchase WW2V15007 SdKfz 251/D for the base halftracks.

Vallejo paints are now available to buy from the webshop. We are now carrying the excellent Vallejo Model Color and Panzer Aces ranges for the keen price of £1.85 and £2.00 a bottle respectively.

PSC 15mm Russian 45mm anti tank gun, 1/72nd and 15mm Zis 2/3 field/AT gun are all imminent.

Work also continues apace on 15mm US Infantry and the 15mm Tiger I and much more!

Anyday now I am expecting the new 15mm Zvezda SdKfz 222 armoured car. As soon as they land I will announce on the website and send a newsletter.

It's a boon and a curse. On one hand, if I needed one of those varients its good. However, its only "good" if I needed more than one varient. If i just needed Stummels the price point between this and BF gets alot more fuzzy.

Wow, didn't expect this. I was caught unawares on this one. Been on a bit of a Wargame Ban, as i've moved jobs and it's a fair bit more hectic and stressful, so Wargaming has had to go by the wayside.

Now I'm settled again, it's time to open the gaming tin and crack open the paints. Lots of praise for Will Townsend on this one, good effort for getting Warwick involved.

Collecting Forge World 30k????? If you prefix any Thread Subject line on 30k or Pre-heresy or Horus Heresy with [30K] we can convince LEGO and the Admin team to create a 30K mini board if we can show there is enough interest!
