I would swap one of the Rhinos for another Drop pod, that way you can have three come in first turn, Sternguard and both Dreads

I do wonder though. Should I take out 1 man from the sternguard and give the other drop pod sarge a power fist? Is it worth it? They are the same points worth.

The las cannon doesnt make sense on the sterngaurd, id drop it and the melta gun for x2 heavy flamers add combi-meltas to the squad.
Are the dreads multi melta/HF?
