I've wondered if Nazis are considered popular in India, because that's what it seems like.
Outside of western nations, people aren't really going to care that much. And we shouldn't be trying to make people care until we start to care about Mao and the genocide in those countries.

I imagine if Nazis came out of a time warp and tried to take over, they would view Neo Nazis the way Chaos Space Marines view cultists. They aren't Nazis, just wienies who use a powerful and racist nation to make themselves seem tough; that doesn't mean they aren't a threat.

They're probably neutral to apathetic. Which is why they are growing there. Once Germany fell, there really was nowhere to go.

Although, the Nazi ideas of racial cleansing and purity are very popular in the far east.
Going back even as far as the 1700s the various Asian countries have viewed outsiders as monsters. Even Daemonic. Early paintings of Europeans shows them as brutal savages(not that the people that ended there did much to help this portrayal)
One could say that Ethnic Cleansing has a slight undercurrent in Asian culture.

If anyone is genuinely interested in the origin of right wing politics in Mongolia, you would want to start with The Bloody White Baron by James Palmer. It's a biography of the Russian noble, Ungern von Sternberg, who fled Russia following defeat in the Civil War. He conquered Mongolia and then set about slaughtering people either suspected of being Jews or traitors. There's a lot of interesting stuff in there on the early twentieth century ideas that would coalesce into fascism and nazism.

Mongolian Government says it has nothing to do with racism, but is caused by poverty....

Russian nazi's really aren't that big of a stretch since neo-nazism embraces the entire Aryan race instead of just the Germanic ones with the 'lesser' Aryans forming lower parts of society.

While nationalism and basic race bigotry is never good, at least in Mongolia's case there is some history of Chinese migration actually taking over. Han migration in to Inner Mongolia basically stopped it being a place that could ever be Mongolian again. Or Tibet for that matter.
