Subject: The Dakkadakka Dimensional Clash OOC/Interest/Sign up thread
This is for something I remember from way back and had a lot of fun under a different role playing community.
The Premise is that a mysterious force is calling forth the great champions and armies of the omniverse to engage in an epic war to end all wars across countless realities. They can be from anything, MLP, Homestuck, Warhammer 40k, Metroid, Transformers, Halo, Metal Gear, Real life (if you're hardcore like that), Half-life, Command and Conquer, XCOM, Star Wars, or anything you can imagine. Now obviously there's going to be a reasonable upper limit on the initial power levels of the characters you can bring in. However, as time goes on and the stakes get higher, existing characters will get stronger and you can bring in more potent new characters until we can finally fight the source of this conflict head on.
In this Role Play; you are going to pick a character; such as Ragnar Blackmane to use an example you are all almost certainly familiar with; they will be plucked from their home universe and dropped into one universe; which will be called the location; where everyone else will be; the Death Star will be our example. For example; Ragnar could be commanding his space wolves one second; and the next second he'll find himself in the Death Star with a bunch of other characters and some space wolves. The Location will be changed now and then to keep things fresh; and there will always be a portal back to the previous locations. To continue our example; After purging the heretics in the Death Star; Ragnar and his troops will suddenly find themselves in say; the Land of Oz; but there will be a portal back to the Death Star. The Location I choose will be kept secret; but you can PM me suggestions. This is primarily a Sandbox; but there will be a overreaching story line.
Rules
Spoiler:
1. No godmodding
2. Yes you can have a character from ANY UNIVERSE.
3. Your character will still retain his/her powers, but you can tone them up or down. Talk to me if you're wondering if your character is too strong/weak.
4. No autohitting
5. No instakills
6. No autododging (more commonly referred to as no-sells, this is when you avoid an attack by completely disregarding it in your post, though constantly avoiding/nullifying/blocking attacks and not taking any hits that you by all rights should hit and/or hurt you even if you write it out in your posts is not acceptable either.)
7. Post with proper grammar and spelling.
8. Break any of these rules and you get a warning, next time 1 page ban, next time you're out. This is subject to moderator, overseer, and game master discretion.
9. There is no set rule on character limit per player; but be sure you can manage them all.
11. There is no rule 10
12. Don't try to alter the personality of your character too much from the original version without proper character development
13. If you wish to take something like an imperial storm trooper from star wars and give him a name and a bio; I'll be fine with that.
14. Keep your post contents Mod acceptable. I'd rather not get this locked.
15. If you are going to take a real person and put him in this role play; he/she must have been notable enough to have an article on Wikipedia. Preferably you should use some badass soldier; as they'd have the best chance of surviving in this RPG.
16. You can control NPCs to some extent, but try to avoid things like your character easily killing someone important.
17. Please, do not beg me to make you a mod, that position is determined on merit. If you look good and responsible enough, I'll PM you asking if you want to become a mod.
18. Unless some form of locomotive ability is one of your character's powers, don't be everywhere at once.
19. There is no character limit per se, but try not to make more characters than you can keep track of.
20. Gaming abstraction like experience levels, statistics, energy/health pickups, and rather nonsensical dropped currency (like gold coins in neverwinter nights) will exist in this game to some extent, but they can only be utilized by the character from the universe that particular abstraction is from. Thus only Samus can pick up Chozo suit missile ammunition from slain foes for example. This rule can be broken if one can make a reasonable case for it, such as if a Techmarine modified his suit to use Chozo technology (heresy!), but otherwise will allow characters to make more use of their own abilities while keeping them more unique.
21. If someone doesn't want to engage in a player vs player fight with you OOC, don't force it on them.
22. If you disappear for a week, your characters become up for grabs. If you return; whoever has taken control of your character must explain what they have done with said character and return it to the original owner should they wish it back.
Mod Powers:
Spoiler:
Mods can enforce the rules in my place.
Mods can accept or reject a character in my place
Mods have the full authority to make or reverse a ban.
Mods have a greater ability to control NPCs than normal players
Overseer Powers:
Spoiler:
Overseers can enforce rules in my place and enforce them upon mods
Overseers can accept or reject characters in my place and may approve or reject the characters of moderators
Overseers have the full authority to make or reverse a ban and may strip a mod of his powers or turn a player into a mod.
Overseers have an even greater ability to control NPCs than Mods do.

Spoiler:
Google is your friend; if you don't know anything about a character; look him up. Chances are his universe even has it's own wiki (or three.)
There will be an ultimate story-arc
Post Factoids about the universe your character is from in the OOC thread; It will help people familiarize themselves with each others characters.
I recommend a three line minimum post-length if at all possible.
A uselessly weak character is just as bad as a stupidly powerful one.
Have Fun; being in a sour mood ruins it for everyone else.
I will begin once I have five participators.
Each location may or may not have a "boss" fight. It all depends on what I feel is most appropriate.

Name: Swarmlord
Sex: N/A; Male Personality.
Height: 6 meters
Weight: 6 metric tons.
Description/Picture: Universe: Warhammer 40,000.
Abillities: Extremely Strong; Extremely Durable; Master Strategist; Master Tactician; Master Combatant; Extremely intelligent; Extremely fast, Psyker.
Bio: (snipped from the lexicanum; which itself was snipped from the 5th Edition Tyranid codex): The Swarmlord is a legendary Tyranid creature created by the Hive Mind with the purpose of out-thinking the enemy and developing new strategies when standard Tyranid strategies of physical and biological adaption fail. It has destroyed empires and driven civilisations to extinction, and now it is the foremost Tyranid threat to the Galaxy and the Imperium. The title Swarmlord is its designation given by the Imperium, but it has been known by many other names including the Tyrantlord of the Hive Mind, the Herald of Great Devourer, and the Destroyer of the Kha'la Empire.
It is the pinnacle of the evolution of the Hive Tyrant bioform. The Swarmlord is essentially immortal, like a Hive Tyrant, as once killed it is reborn by the Hive Mind with the exact same experiences, character and knowledge, in essence becoming stronger than its predecessor every time because of its new experience. But unlike a Hive Tyrant, the reincarnation of the Swarmlord appears to be a stress induced response that is triggered only when conventional strategies of the Hive Mind fail and greater resourcefulness and tactics are needed. To this end, the Swarmlord possess more autonomy from the Hive Mind than any other Tyranid creature, and its connection with the Hive Mind is so strong it can emerge amongst any Hive Fleet, transcending any physical limitations separating the different Fleets. The Swarmlord has aeons of battle experience and bloodshed to draw upon. Infact, it is as old as the Tyranid race itself.
As weapons the Swarmlord wields four bone sabres, crackling with disruptive power, that are capable of slicing through adamantium and force fields as if they were nothing. They differ from commonly seen Tyranid Boneswords in that each sabre has a crystalline growth, not indigenous to the galaxy, at its core that partially protrudes through the blade's serrated surface.

Universe: Transformers (Live Action continuity)
Abilities: Extreme durability, Firepower, Leadership ability, and Strength, Brutally Cunning and Intelligent, Flight, Can transform into a tank.
Bio: Once the Lord High Protector of Cybertron and the "brother" of the science division leader Optimus Prime, Megatron is vicious, extremely powerful, single-minded in his goals, straight-forward and brutally direct. He is all "blunt force" in contrast to Starscream's penchant for deceit and trickery. On the downside, Megatron tends to become so obsessed with the object of his desires that he can ignore "secondary" matters, glaring flaws in his plans (otherwise, he likely wouldn't have melted into ice-cold arctic water after being white hot from falling through Earth's atmosphere, and spent ten-thousand years as a popsicle), and even crippling injuries in pursuit of the coveted item. Trying to talk Megatron out of blindly going for his goals is useless. He will risk his world, his troops, and even his own spark to achieve his goals; these things do not matter to Megatron. Even the destruction of Optimus Prime and the Autobots is a secondary concern. In Megatron's cerebral processor, all that has become important are the whims of his master and, by extension, the AllSpark.
While some merely dislike or disregard humans, Megatron feels a violent hatred towards them and views them as only slightly above bacteria, a feeling exacerbated by spending decades as their prisoner. Even if there was no AllSpark, it's not hard to imagine that Megatron would have come to this planet anyway, just to cleanse one more world of its organic infection.

Sex (if any): Male
Height (you can approximate): 6'3
Weight (you can approximate): 140 pounds
Description/Picture: Universe: Hellboy (Movies)
Abilities: Almost impossible to kill (He apparently views being impaled as more of an inconvenience than anything else), Very flexible, Extremely skilled with wrist blades, Very quick and agile, Superhumanly strong, Feels no pain.
Bio: Karl Ruprecht Kroenen was born in Munich, Germany in 1897. A musical prodigy with angelic features and blonde hair, young Kroenen toured the capitals of Europe singing opera until his voice deepened with the onset of puberty, thereby ending his career. From a very early age, he demonstrated symptoms of masochism, whipping himself with a fresh branch of oak each day, and finding pleasure in the pain.
As a teenager, he loathed his awkwardness and developed an extreme form of body dysmorphic disorder (termed "surgical addiction" in the film). In his obsession with physical perfection, he conducted brutal experiments on his own body, including surgically removing his own eyelids, lips, and his toe- and finger nails. He also designed a tight-fitting gas mask to filter out germs, which he wore almost permanently.
He also became quite adept with mechanical devices, believing that fusing mechanical constructs with living bodies would help create perfection. One of his early inventions was a clockwork nightingale that sang a Mozart aria perfectly.
Karl Ruprecht Kroenen as seen in the first Hellboy film
In 1930, he met the resurrected Rasputin for the first time. Obsessed with purity, Kroenen quickly became Rasputin’s most loyal disciple. He subsequently joined the Nazi Party, and rose quickly through the ranks, joining the Schutzstaffel in 1933 and achieving the rank of Obersturmbannführer (Lieutenant Colonel). He was awarded the Iron Cross for services to the Third SPORE, including a tour of duty as commandant of SPORE concentration camp, where he served with distinction. Kroenen became head of the Thule Society, a group of German aristocrats obsessed with the occult. He helped them to spearhead Project Ragna Rok, engineering the portal generator that would conjure the Scarlet Beast, Hellboy, in October 1944.
A masterful fencer, he also became renowned for his swordsmanship and created his own signature swords.
When Allied Forces stormed the island off the coast of Scotland where Project Ragna Rok took place, Kroenen killed several of the American soldiers attacking the base, but was distracted by a grenade thrown under the portal device by a young Professor Trevor Bruttenholm. Kroenen tried to retrieve the grenade, but his left hand was blown off, and a length of concrete reinforcing rod (or rebar) impaled him through the chest, severing his spine. Shortly thereafter, he disappeared.
After his disappearance, in 1956, an unmarked grave in Romania was found. Dental records identified the remains as those of Kroenen.
However, Kroenen reappeared in 2004. Thanks to the inexplicable powers of science and black magic, Kroenen "repaired" himself with a prosthetic mechanical hand, a steel rod replacing the broken part of his spine, and a clockwork heart operated by a wind-up key implanted in his chest. By cranking the key, he was able to increase his speed and reflexes. After long decades, the blood in his veins dried up completely, leaving only dust, and rendering him virtually invulnerable to gunshot wounds. He could also turn the key to "switch off" his body (literally), remaining in a dormant state and appearing dead, until he was reanimated.
Alignment: Lawful Evil. He's a Hardcore Nazi; what else would he be?

As you have seen here, you can be pretty minimalist with sheets, as I'd rather you put more effort into your posts than character or faction sheets.
Note that groups are generally considered cannon fodder individually and generally should have trouble dealing with individual characters so their numbers while being rather impressive, aren't quite the advantage against the plot armored heroes you'd think they'd be.

Teleportation - A Tiste Longa may teleport them selves and others any were with in a realm on the mortal plane upon which they are present so long as such areas are not protected by Enochian Sigils. This teleporation can be unpleasant to mortals, and may involve a sudden change in weather.
Invisibility - Even while occupying a vessel they may render them selves unseen.
Healing - They may heal mortal kind.
Sedation - Mortals can be rendered uncountious by a Tiste Longa with the touch of two fingers upon the forehead.
Exorcism/Kill - A Tiste Longa may banish a servent of the destoryer from that servants vessel or even kill them with a single touch.
Supernatural Perception - The Tiste Longa can see more then mortal kind, they may see that which is shielded from their sight.
Superspeed - Though the use of time manipulation, a Tiste Longa may move faster then mortals. This power has been demonstrated by Savior during her confrontation with Terra's Primal form.
Telepathy - The Tiste Longa can communicate with their minds.
Dreamwalking - Due to their connection to the multiverse Tiste Longa are able to enter the dreams of mortals. No matter where the mortal may be, thus allowing communication, and interaction to take place.
Soulreading' -' Tiste Longa are able to reach into the chest of a mortal, in order to read the scares left upon the soul by not only servants of the destroyer but also mortals, and other Tiste Longa. Light Manipulation
Positive/Devine Force Manipulation
Vesselship/Possession - Tiste Longa may choose to co-inhabit a mortal form, sharing the body with the native spirit, thus requiring consent. The power usually devoids them of many of their powers, as the mortal's body may not be able to withstand the physical and/or spiritual stress. If they so chose they could take the body over entirely by bringing the native spirit into submission however their Code forbids this, thus such take overs are left to the Destoryers servents. When used on supers the Tiste Longa gains the use of all their physical, but not mental, powers for as long as the native spirit gives concent, unless said spirit has been brought into submission.
Weapon creation.
Bio: Savior is an Archlonga, the most powerful version of a Tiste Longa, she has been around since the war in heaven, and will do anything to win, Like most Tiste Longa, she is pretty much emotionless, as they are taught that Emotions make you weak, and make it easier for Mer and Hrova to corrupt you, of course there are Tiste Longa with some emotions, and some with full blown emotion.Savior is not one of those...For now. She's also crazy good with the violin. Just so you know not to get in a violin playing competition with her.

Abilities/Equipment: (abilities members of the group can use and their weapons, vehicles, gadgets and what-not) Supernatural Strength - The Tiste Hora are stronger then humans, being able to lift a ton with ease, and break though most materials while still managing to punch mortals non-fatally (though this might just be a way of playing with the puny mortals). This power becomes void when possessing a vessel, as their strength becomes that of the Vessel.
Telekinesis - The ability to move and influence objects with their mind.
Chaos Portal - Tiste Hora may rip temporary tears in the fabric of the multiverse that allows them to travel between universes with ease by passing through the Rending.
Invisibility - Tiste Hora can render them selves unseen, even when possessing the body of a mortal.
Demonic Healing - Tiste Hora may heal mortals, though such healing makes use of Soul Siphoning energy from one mortal to another mortal. Tiste Hora like to make it seem as if someone, or a beloved pet, must be sacrificed for the healing to work while taking the exess spirit energy for themselves. Many Tiste Hora have actually convinced them selves that this is the only way the healing can work.
Sedation - Tiste Hora can render a mortal uncontious with a kiss, or by placing a hand upon their shoulder.
Call Forth - A Tiste Hora may challange a Tiste Longa, forcing the Tiste Longa to leave their vessel, and fight.
Supernatural Perception - Tiste Hora can see more then mortal kind, they can see that which is shielded from their sight.
Shadow Self - Tiste Longa may take on a shadow form making them unable to harm, nor be harmed. They use this power to stalk mortals.
Telepathy - Tiste Hora may communicate with the their minds.
Waking Nightmare - Tiste Hora may enter the dreams of mortals, allowing for communication, and interaction. This power makes use of their connection to the Rending, thus such dreams tend to become distorted.
Soulreading - Tiste Hora may reach into the chest of mortals in order to read the scares left by other Horas, the Tiste Longa, and even other Mortals. This process is painful to the mortal as these spirtual wounds tend to open.
Soul Siphon - A Tiste Hora can siphon the spirit energy from a mortal in order to strenghten them selves. They may also transfer this energy in the form of Demonic Healing.
Deception - Due to their connection with the Rending a Tiste Hora can change their appearance to be as they so please, from a small animal to a horned beast of terror. If well practiced they can even make use of the physical properties of such a form.
Voice Mimicry - A Tiste Hora may sound like any mortal they have come in contact with at will.
False Prophecy - Due to their lenage a Tiste Hora can also grant visions to those who have recieved the gift of Prophecy from Jrova.
Dark Manipulation
Sinful Force Manipulation - A Tiste Hora can strengthen Hate, Lust, and Envy with in a Mortal. This power has been used on Tiste Longa though, to a less sucessful extent as they are trained to control their emotions.
Possession - Unlike the Tiste Longa, a Tiste Hora knows no other way to take on a vessel then to bring the native spirit into submission. Though following this struggle for dominance the Tiste Hora may allow their vessel some level of freedom, recieving pleasure in the process. When in this state the Tiste Hora is vonerable as the 'host' may not be able to handle the physical or spiritual strain of their powers. Also, the Tiste Longa have developed a method that allows for the killing or banishment of a Tiste Hora who has taken a host. However, when possessing a Super a Tiste Hora gains the use of all their Physical, but not mental, powers.

Name: Atropos, the Bane Elemental
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Universe: Dota
Description: When the gods have nightmares, it is Bane Elemental who brings them. Also known as Atropos, Bane was born from the midnight terrors of the goddess Nyctasha. A force of terror too powerful to be contained by sleep, he surfaced from her slumbers, fed upon her immortality, and stole his vaporous form from her inky blood. He is the essence of fear. Mortals who hear his voice hear their darkest secrets whispered in their ear. He calls to the hidden fear in every Hero's heart. Wakefulness is no protection, for Bane's black blood, continuously dripping, is a tar that traps his enemies in nightmare. In the presence of Bane, every Hero remembers to fear the dark.
Abilities: Atropos feeds off the fear of his foes, and grows in strength as he saps their power and weakens their bodies through dark magic and hexes he places upon him. With his mind bearing every secret, fear and desire bared by any of his foes or allies, Bane knows well of his enemies strengths and weaknesses. Able to trap his enemies in various forms of nightmares and dreams, Bane can heal himself through a magical curse known as brains sap with steals the enemies life force, or have their nightmares become real and tare them apart in his fiendish grip. Bane's over reliance on his magic has left him weak, and without it, he is an easy target. Deny Bane his feast and you could achieve victory.
Enfeeble: Bane's aura of fear causes his foes strikes to become weakened and without skill or grace, ensuring desperate and terrified hacking at his nightmarish form.
Brain Sap: Bane feasts off the vital energies of his foes.
Nightmare: Bane sends his foes into a nightmare.
Fiends Grip: Bane makes his foes nightmares a reality.
Battle Lore: Ra is thousands of years old, housing the knowledge of hundreds of elder who devoted their lives to combat. He is a master of all aspects of warfare and is known to accomplish seemingly impossible feats of martial prowess.
SoulFire: Ra's armour is much akin to a miniature infinity circuit, housing hundreds of powerful elder souls. This gives Ra a deep well of latent psykic power to draw upon, this can be drawn upon in force to break hostile magics or augment Ra's already unnatural accuracy by guiding his shurikans
Unnatural Aim: Ra has learned that even the most heavy weapon can be wielded with the precision of a scalpel. This lead to the creation of the Maugetar, an ancient scythe like weapon that lives up to its title of 'The Harvester'. The Maugetar is mind linked, translating his latent psykic power into razor shard discs eliminating the need to reload.
Soul Construct: Ra, like all phoenix lords, are not creatures of flesh and blood. Each P.Lord if viewed with witch sight is a shining entity of souls, coalesced inside a suit of armour. They have seen every horror of the universe and over come it, nothing scares them now, for destiny ties there fate to the end of the universe. The Armour also wards off invading psykic presences, mind reading attempts would be pointless with so many minds throwing up interference and the armour doesn't let life force slip away, repairing itself quickly and effectively.
Bio: Maugan Ra is a member of the Asur, a group of ancient eldar warriors who trained the arts of war for millennia. When one of the Asur falls, one of his disciples dons his armour and 'becomes' the first and greatest to wear the suit, effectively cheating death. Maugan Ra founded the aspect of the dark reaper, and is synonymous with the reaper in eldar myth.

Height (you can approximate): 8'4"
Weight (you can approximate): How do I number?
Description/Picture: Roughly 8' in armour, closer to 6'6" without. His pale face bears a number of scars, most notably a prominent mutilation on his lower lip. As a member of the Librarium he bears blue power armour, with a Dark green shoulderpad and bleached robes, showing his allegiance to the Dark Angels.
Universe: Warhammer 40K Abilities: Standard Space Marine abilities, as well as several psychic powers; Smite, Force Dome and Quicksilver.
He carries a Bolter, Bolt Pistol and a Force Chainsword, as well as wearing Power armour with a psychic hood. He wears a helmet as required.
Bio: Authrix was often known as the Chapter's politician, oddly pragmatic for the Dark Angels, especially given his position within the Librarium. Nevertheless, the Chapter saw use in such a man, often detailing him with missions requiring a more diplomatic hand. It was a mission of this nature which set Authrix against a raid of the Dark Eldar, who were unwittingly summoning a Daemon through their repeated raid on the world of Edemmion. Here, Authrix and a detachment of Dark Angels met with Captain Alaas of the Grey Knights to defend against the Dark Eldar, and the inevitable Daemonic incursion. When the carnage abated, Authrix was nowhere to be found, among the living or the dead. (Cue sudden warp to new location).

After the civil war was over, Jack was taken in by the organisation known as the Patriots and trained to be a soldier. In 2009 Jack was sent alone into the Big Shell complex with a mission to rescue the president of the United States. This was where he was given his code name 'Raiden' which means 'Lightning Bolt' in Japanese. Jack teamed up with the legendary hero Solid Snake and was able to defeat Solidus Snake in a sword duel atop Federal Hall. After this incident Jack was transformed into a cyborg, making him effectively super human. Jack was instrumental to the downfall of the Patriots, prepared to sacrifice his life for the mission and his family. After this Jack became a mercenary, hunting down terrorists around the globe.

Placed with his kin in the vanguard of the final assault against the Dread Magus Vorn, the cost to his fellows was absolute. As the charging force battled toward the fortress, Azwraith alone among his kind remained standing, and he alone was able to infiltrate the keep. Focused and infuriated by the slaughter of his brothers, Azwraith bested each of the wizard's deadly traps and conjured guardians. Soon the simple fisherman arrived at Vorn's tower sanctum. The pair dueled through the night, pike to staff, as chaos raged below, and with a deafening cry Azwraith pierced his enemy. But the wizard did not simply expire; he exploded into uncountable shards of light, penetrating his killer with power. As the dust settled and the smoke of combat began to clear, Azwraith found himself standing among a throng of his kin. Each seemed to be dressed as he was, each seemed armed as he was, and he could sense that each thought as he did. Aware that his allies were approaching, he willed these phantoms to hide themselves, and one by one they began to vanish into nothingness. As the soldiers came upon the sanctum, they found the warrior that had bested the wizard. When they approached their champion, the lancer vanished. Name: Gilgamesh
Sex: Male
Height: 182 cm. (6 ft)
Weight: 68 kg
Description/Picture:
Out of armor
In armor
Universe: Fate/Extra (Fate/Stay Night)
Abilities: As a Servant summoned by the Holy Grail, he possesses strength, endurance, and agility far beyond those of most people. Mundane weapons with no magical power whatsoever would struggle to harm him. He is well-balanced in terms of physical statistics compared to other heroes and he can dematerialize his physical body if he wishes. His true strength comes from the Gate of Babylon, his Noble Phantasm. Connecting the space of reality to his ancient vault, Gilgamesh can use whatever treasures he owned in various situations. The items can be summoned anywhere either directly into his hands or anywhere in the direct vicinity. Weapons range from holy swords, legendary spears, and various other weapons that acted as prototypes of weapons from other cultures that lived long after his kingdom fell. Other items include fine wines, drinking cups, an ancient flying machine with its accompanying weapons and even things he doesn't remember. That within are not merely riches, but his collection is the very "origins of human wisdom." That which is missing from the vault would be items produced with completely new concepts by a new human race, and items produced with extraterrestrial intelligence and technology. He has above average magic resistance, bolstered by the treasures of his vault and with his personal skill of Golden Rule, monetary problems are completely unknown to him.
Bio: Gilgamesh is the great half-god, half-human king born from the union between the King of Uruk, Lugalbanda, and goddess Rimat-Ninsun. He ruled the Sumerian city-state of Uruk, the capital city of ancient Mesopotamia in the B.C. era. He was an ultimate, transcendent being so divine as to be two thirds god and one third human, and no others in the world could match him. He was a despot possessing high divinity who believed he was invincible. He is not merely a legend, and is said to have actually existed and ruled during the Sumer Dynasty five thousand years ago. He was the King of Heroes who possessed all things in the world, whose tale is recorded in mankind's oldest epic poem, the Epic of Gilgamesh which portrays Gilgamesh as a hero, destined to be king and achieve great feats, who is driven to meet his destiny, facing challenges together with his best friend Enkidu.
His title, King of Heroes, is not meant to call him a king who is a hero, but instead implies that he is the king over all heroes. He is mankind's oldest hero, the origin of all myths and model on which heroes are based, so his story is copied within the mythologies of all the countries of the world. The heroes of various myths are derived from his legend, so his Gate of Babylon possesses all of their Noble Phantasms.
Born with a body that was of the highest grade by mortal standards and knowledge reaching truth, Gilgamesh was born, designed, as king and the Keystone of Heaven between the rising humans and the fading gods. He was sent to ensure the humans and bind the earth slowly leaving the Age of Gods. He was a being embodying the two life sets of life forms, with the blood of those who had ruled and the blood of those who would rule from thereon. He was to be the ultimate neutral party able to discern their respective failings, adjudicating from their respective positions. During his childhood, he loved the gods instead of humanity, but the gods created Enkidu at that time to punish the arrogant king.
The reason was simply that he had been born with the conclusion already drawn, existing independently as a being neither fully divine or human. He acquired the characteristics of both, so his field of vision reached even past what the gods were able to comprehend. His overwhelming power bred overwhelming isolation, but his strength of self kept him from abandoning his kingship or fleeing from the mission imposed upon him. Through revering the gods and loving humanity, he decided to follow the path to its conclusion by deposing the gods and loathing humanity.
Gilgamesh was born as a guardian of humanity, so it is his duty to lay the foundations for the future civilization of the planet. He does not view sheltering as his way of guardianship, but instead a harsh form resembling the north wind. He is the adjudicator of humanity who is an observer and sentencer at his core, punition personified and uncolored by human values. He lives by the ideal that later became Code of Ur-Nammu and Code of Hammurabi, that it is law for humans to prosecute humans. He had been brought forth by the gods to secure humanity for them, but he did not fulfill his role. He considered his own desires first, and he controlled the kingdom as a person. He rejected the gods as something from a past age, telling them that he will obey and respect them and at the same time telling them to be destroyed. He believed they lost their positions through their own actions the moment the brought him forth into the world
Alignment: Chaotic Good. Despite his colossal arrogance and seeming disregard of lives around him, he doesn't want to destroy humanity. He simply wants to weed out the unworthy. The consumerist culture of the era he was summoned in had a profoundly negative impact on his overall outlook though other eras may mellow him out somewhat. He may be an arrogant jerk, but his purpose is firm.

Note that given the levels of power the likes of Armstrong or the kids use, I'm fine with the likes of Primarchs.
And yes you should be afraid if we can escalate off of Primarch level.
As for our first location.
We're off to New York City during the Chitauri attack in the Avengers.

Description/Picture: Universe: Of men and Titans and the Gaiaverse(My books)
Abilities: Divine Strength - Tiste Longa are stronger then humans, having the strength to punch though walls, and lift a ton with ease, yet still manage to non-fatally punch mortal kind (though this might just be from control of their might). This power is made void when taking a vessel, as their strength becomes that of the vessel.
Telekinesis - The ability to move and influence objects with their mind.
This process is highly painful to the mortal upon which is performed as these spirtual wounds tend to open.

Power Removal - A Tiste Longa may remove only one phyic power from a mortal, a process that tends to cause physical pain, and mental scaring to the mortal.
Resurection - Tiste Longa may revive the life of a fallen mortal, even from the depths of the Nether.

Ok, this sounds fun and stuff, but I have some questions before I jump in.
Is it PvP? I ask because I know exactly who i want to RP, but if it's PvP They'll be mushed pretty damn quick.
Ok, only one question, but i do have a discrepancy, and that's that mods and Overseers can auto approve their own characters. Seems like potential for cheese, but that's just my opinion.
Pretre: OOOOHHHHH snap. That's like driving away from hitting a pedestrian.
Pacific:First person to Photoshop a GW store into the streets of Kabul wins the thread.
Selym: "Be true to thyself, play Chaos" - Jesus, Daemon Prince of Cegorach.

I can veto anything I find suspicous if someone draws my attention to it, and Overseers can do the same to mods.
As for PvP, it's entirely optional, PvE is the heart as it's what everyone deals with, while PvP is substantially rarer and not allowed to be forced on someone who doesn't want it.

Supernatural Perception - Tiste Hora can see more then mortal kind, they can see that which is shielded from their sight.
Shadow Self - Tiste Longa may take on a shadow form making them unable to harm, nor be harmed. They use this power to stalk mortals.

I hope you know what you're doing because a force of space marines this size has a potential for heavy destabilizing. I'd recommend toning their numbers down. You can build up your numbers as we escalate though, but at the start millions of Astartes is over the top.
Also the Chaos Portal ability is quite worrisome.
I'm going to assume that other than these powers they're generally normal space marines?

I don't think even the largest known chapter (Black Templars) exceeded 5000. A million Space marines could take over the Earth in hours. Probably less than that. We're talking a week or so for the control of the solar system.

Question is,what alignment would Raiden be? I mean he does good things for himself, but he isn't above cutting the arm off a kid and refers to his enemies as walking vending machines rather than people.

Description/Picture: Universe: Gaiaverse
Various types of weapons
History: Le me think.

Also, yes they are space marines, but it provides lots of variety for Orders and Warbands.
I hope you know what you're doing because a force of space marines this size has a potential for heavy destabilizing.
Also the Chaos Portal ability is quite worrisome.
I'm going to assume that other than these powers they're generally normal space marines?
Their not actually Space marines, but Tiste's.
I just made them look like Space marines, because I had nothing better to do.
They will mostly fight eachother. As they could care less for Mortalkind.
I will try to limit the Chaos portaling.
Of course, I could just bring in Avenging-Saviors. Who are in teams of 20-40.

Right, so I can safely assume that they're significantly less powerful than the Astartes individualy? If they're closer to Starcraft marine level power then I'd feel better about it.
I'd also put a disclaimer above them to assuage people fearful of them being millions of Space Marines if that's fine with you.

Alignment: Lawful Neutral, Will fight for what he believes is right, but what is right is his judgement and his alone.

Depends on the level of Training a Tiste has, but they typically hold back or underestimate mortalkind.
You can also lower their numbers.

Righty-o. Ten-twenty thousand for now, but you can get more later.

Description: Roughly 8' in armour, closer to 6'6" without. His pale face bears a number of scars, most notably a prominent mutilation on his lower lip. As a member of the Librarium he bears blue power armour, with a Dark green shoulderpad and bleached robes, showing his allegiance to the Dark Angels.
Universe: Warhammer 40K
Abilities: Standard Space Marine abilities, as well as several psychic powers; Smite, Force Dome and Veil of Time.
Alignment: True Neutral (I think. Not too familiar with it all, so...)
