Rumored by Sad Panda, the next HH board game in fall 2016 will contain

- Plastic Ahriman 30k
- Plastic Thousand Sons 30k
- Plastic Space Wolves 30k (MkIII armour)
- Sisters of Silence
- Adeptus Custodes

Looks like the first three are kind of confirmed already

Edit: It does not rule out these will be generic kits (except for the character models?)

Custodes and SoS could just be a handful of models, we dont have specific information yet, but they are plastic and in the board game according to Sad Panda.

Edit: Rumor is the sprue was in a Death Masque box. This happened before with the Tau Etherial, so it could be true.

He looks okay, probably one of those dynamic sculpts which will look better from a top-down view of a tabletop than seeing it from the side/360. It's hard to beat some of his artwork though, maybe by converting the plasma pistol arm and glueing him onto a scenic base to make him look less hunched.

But I like the model, he is so much better than the 'dynamic' sculpts of 3rd Edition (Eldar Striking Scorpions, Dark Eldar Whyches, CSM Possessed come to mind). Those looked way too flat.

So with plastic Kharn confirmed, where are the CSM campaign book leaks?

Berserkers need a boost ruleswise similiar to what they got in Blood Oath (Warhammer World-exclusive campaign booklet, Khorne Daemonkin formation with Kharybdis), otherwise they don't work anymore. Hopefully something with Kharn for a start. A 3++ against shooting attacks for a unit he is attached to would fix a lot.

When will people learn that 'rumors' from BOLS/Natfka are bullgak? They have no talent at sorting rumor sources and BOLS/Spikey Bits make up their rumors and/or grab it from here and other sites.

Next release after the 40k Killteam Skirmish boxed game (preorder Aug 27) will be a Chaos Space Marine campaign book (with new formations), new CSM psychic powers and the Kharn plastic model. Based on rumors from the reliable Atia

Kharn's preorder is September 3. The other items are rumored to be available then as well. So their preorder should be either 3rd or 10th of September.

Unknown, Nvs, but everything that was leaked about it sounded like it will not be the continuation of Warzone Fenris. Especially because of Sad Panda's remark that 40k Thousand Sons will be later than sooner and 40k Magnus will be released after the 30k Ahriman who is part of the next HH board game. This campaign book will be about a new Warzone I guess. Anyone knows what happened at the end of Death Masque? Any hints?

The Void Shield Generator comes on SEVEN sprues. A Wraithknight costs 90 EUR. It has three sprues (as big as six of the smaller infantry ones). There is no step backwards, the price is okay for what you get. Even when looking beyond GW pricing. Privateer Press is making you pay through the nose for such a kit.

Could someone please provide a White Dwarf photo of the price of the original resin kit? I have not found it online and would like to see how much it was in EUR / GBP.

Time of Ending started in 2008 in the 5th Edition rulebook, which is nothing shocking but just a name for the current era of humanity for nearly ten years now. It is also referenced to as End Times. Like in the background section of 2012's CSM Codex. The last part of that codex's timeline told us about the (possible) return of Daemonprimarchs. Which is actually going to happen in late 2016/early 2017

The release is exactly what they said. Even the source from Faeit rumoring all this including the VSG re-release was correct.

I would like to hear your opinions on combining Crimson Slaughter with it. This is currently topic in a discussion on a german forum.

If it should go into YMDC please say so. But I'm not sure this is actually a thing.

Can 'Crimson Slaughter units' be used in conjuction with a Black Crusade detachment? Are effects cummulative?

The Crimson Slaughter benefits are like the generic FSE benefits, you name a detachment as being CS and get the CS bonuses on top of those of the Detachment (like FSE and their Crisis Suit troops).

However I don't think you can make a Black Crusade detachment a CS detachment, since one gives you free VotLW upgrades and the other makes it so you can't have any units with VotLW. I don't see anything stopping you from taking one of the Traitor's Hate Formations outside of a Black Crusade Detachment and making it CS.
