Yeah, you're probably right, but it sure is written strangely. It says "a reversible tray that can be used as scenery. It also includes...a scenery piece." Not sure why they would list off those things that way, but after reading it again I'm thinking I agree with you and they just listed the tray and the gaming mat twice.
The scenery is a cardboard box.
GW showed it some months ago.

Which sources said so? I disagree that it is confirmed but may have missed the rumor(s) Slaanesh focus in 2018? Likely. But confirmed?
