Apologies for the lateness of this, I've had a very busy month. Here's the options for November's challenge:

Heatwave: Harnessed by all manner of combatants, via weaponry or wizardry, by dragons or demons, fire is near-omnipresent throughout civilisations. Your entry should include or represent fire or heat, in any form you see fit.

The Flesh Is Weak: Whether through heavy armour, cybernetic enhancements or arcane constructs, fantasy and sci-fi are littered with individuals seeking to counteract the fragility of the forms. Your entry should feature such a character, one who has gone to great lengths to overcome the mortal weakness of their body.

Jack of All Trades: Where some fighters become exceptional at one particular skill, others spread their efforts across multiple disciplines in an attempt to master whatever danger comes at them. Your entry should be models that represent this all-rounder mindset rather than specialists in a given field.

Chain of Command: Inherent in almost any force is a structure of leadership. from those leading small squads or platoons to supreme commanders of entire legions. Your entry should fall somewhere in this chain, anything with some kind of rank (or equivalent position of leadership) is acceptable.

I could probably do something for any of those, but I voted The Flesh Is Weak because I really want to paint something Space Wolfy, particularly someone overcoming their weakness (relatively speaking) by riding a Thunderwolf into battle...

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.
