We are near the tail end of our compressed Kill Team campaign. I would like to share with you all the structure I used to frame our 4-week, 12-game campaign. More importantly, I would like your feedback on my decisions here. You can find that information at the BGG link below.

I wanted to make resources interesting, which in turn hopefully led to me making mission & kill zone selection interesting. Roster additions are a bit more challenging with the limits I put in, but this has never felt restrictive.

I can tell you that 3 games a week is too much for us, so we will be going down to 2 games / week next time (and perhaps extending it to 6 weeks). I also feel that I may have gotten wrong the weekly increases to the point limit. I feel that it is likely harder for small, elite teams to reach those limits (though the will have access to the extra CP for being under their opponent's force)..

We had 13 people total start the campaign. The teams represented were:

5 Astra Militarum (Cadia, Tallarn, Tanith)
3 Orks
2 Adeptus Astartes (Crimson Fists & Salamanders)
1 Deathwatch
1 Tau
1 Harlequin

2 players had to drop out at the end of week 1 (both were Imperial Guard teams). One player had to drop out in this, the final week (Harlequins).

At the end of week 3, the three remaining IG players were in the lead (1st place with a 4 pt. lead). 4-6th places were just 1-3 points behind 3rd; this included an Ork player and the Tau & Harlequin players. The Harlequins were the only small model count list to do well.
