I've been fiddling with this list for a while now, but I still can't get the characters quite right.  In either case, there isn't too much that changes in the new edition as far as I can tell.  Feel free to convince me otherwise though.

Comes out  to 2004 points.

Like all elf lists, this is fairly fragile, but can hit quite hard and has good mobility, second only to flying circus and equal to RAF type things.  It's got decent magic defense, chalking up 5 DD and 2 scrolls.  There aren't any designs on offensive magic, the most being treesinging, twice as bound and twice at two dice.  Granted, not going to do much, but hey, why not?

So, what do you think?

I'd lose one squad of glade guard. You only have two wizards and one of them can team with dryads, so don't need all those foot troops.

I am thinking maybe a spellweaver, change the branchwraith to a lvl 2, would be better than the tree. 10+ casting dice. Dunno though

Maybe you could mix and match to get a Lvl4 wizard, 2 level 2s, an alter noble and a treeman in the rare slots? Not sure if that'd be good or not, though.

Yeah I would recommend dropping a unit of Glade Guard. That should give you 16 extra points. Maybe put a musician with your Glade Riders?
