They also had some 40k stuff in a Photoshop Phriday under the theme "Robots At War".

Ha! That's hilarious. I'd really like to see a copy of My Tank Is Fight. It looks interesting enough to buy but I'd like to see the content first.

Nice. This is news indeed. News of the good sort. Only problem is how are we going to get a YTMND fad about 40k? YTMND is somewhat an extension of SA since forum topics happen to become ytmnds at times (e.g. Facial Expressions YTMND).

Featuring a lot of marines with their helmets on.

Well if your going to post that you should tell the whole story. He and a few others were invited to be in a PR Boxing match that was for fun. Thats why he, and the others, are dressed in costumes, not proper boxing outfit. Boll was a professional boxer for 10 years before becoming a terribel filmaker. So when Lowtax, who thought it was all fun in games start getting hit for real he said screww it and just stopped. Also, that was WAY off topic.

The guys that put those photoshopped images together should -immediately- send those pictures and their resumes to Games Workshop. -That- is what the front of a retail box should look like.

Yeah, they posted a few passages from "My Tank is Fight!" over the course of the year, including one article about a German tank so heavy that it literally could not move. Parsons is really funny, so I'll probably be picking up a copy. Otherwise, there are a lot of SA people that play 40k. There's even a subforum of the Games forum where 40k threads go. It's just that most of the people that post about 40k there either a) have no idea what they're talking about, or b) they also post here.

Wait ... are those marines in the ps pic Migsula's marines?? Specifically this marine and this marine (more obvious with better angles). That's kinda uncool, even if it is nice photoshopping. Huh. - Boss Salvage

Well, they do appear to be Mig's marines.
Though, I doubt it being "Uncool" as it is a manipulation of media for the purposes of satire. The first amendment kinda protects that right as a form of free speech.
I would be flattered to have my models used in such a way.

This book is real? Holy God, it's on amazon. It must be.
Is the title supposed to be some kind of bad Japanese to English translation joke?

"The last known instance of common sense happened at a GT. A player tried to use the 'common sense' argument vs. Mauleed to justify his turbo-boosted bikes getting a saving throw vs. Psycannons. The player's resulting psychic death scream erased common sense from the minds of 40k players everywhere. " - Ozymandias |
