one question,why use a special charactor?

I like all infiltrating armies but I think this one is going to suffer against anyone with a decent combat character. Against combat horder armies like orks or tyranids you are not leaving yourself much of an option with only four shooting squads. you'll be wasting all those mediocre cc guys. Why not include heavy weapons in all your squads, and if you don't want to use them remove tham as first casualty? heavy bolter/lascannons are cheap wnough to make it worthwhile especially with infiltrate. I think you should lose the raptors and put the points into a character and another squad. fabius bile etc is a neat trick but I'm not sure it'll win you games. Marines on foot are just too slow to be used as an effective cc squad. you are better off setting it up as an infiltrating shooty army (small las plas squads etc) and a couple of cost effective countercharge units.

I just like the bile model. this list is bascily stuff i haven't used or in most cases painted in the last 5-15 years. in practice games the str 6 and int 6 on charge helps alot. i usually shoot up the squad a bit and finish them off with the charge. i have won all my games versus marines so i hope my luck continues. bile has been utterly useless but he usually kills two or three. he runs (walks slowly) with the chosen. there are several armies i lose to but i will take my chances.

Yeesh. Take hordes, or leave them at home.

Try swapping the Chosen and Cultists for the Sorc and more Marines.

You might be pleased with the results.
