Hello all,

Sorry for the delayed post, but as we develop an event site (THANKS RUSS) for the league, I figured I'd give a brief synopsis here. We are beginning a 40k flex league at Empire Games in Manchester. Although people have typically been showing up on tuesdays any night is good. Use emails/instant messages to confirm your availability for games. Most people frequent this site throughout the day. How flex is the flex league you ask?  Well easy enough, pick a codex and build a 1500 standard tournament legal list. However, you can change your list for each and every game you play (NO FIXED LISTS). Also if you & your opponent want to take it up a notch....play 1850 or more...if you dare. You can play each opponent up to 3 times. Reminder: just stay in the same codex for all your games. There will be a finals structure at the completion of the league in early december (for everyone that plays 3+ games during the league). More to come on that event. The official start: Tuesday October 10th (Yes tomorrow), but even that is flexible, start whenever you want/can and get in your games. I'll email here when the site is setup. Also each game is worth 6 points for loss, 9 for tie, 12 for win. In addition, each player can received +2 bonus points for an entirely painted army OR +2 if you have a newly painted unit in your army in the last two weeks. So pick up your brushes, your dice and your minis...and get playing!!! If you have any questions (I did write this at 1am with no caffeine), please email me at alphalegionaire@gmail.com.

I'm torn between the Dark Angels and Eldar, as usual. I think I'll probably have to use the Eldar. One more league before the new codex.

My kult of speed will be motoring about for Adepticon practice. They will be elusive, but if you can catch them, they will fight.
