OOC: I tried but no dice reaper...

Beltayn prepares to strike but is again baffled by the speed of the attacking lone wolf. Though he is appalled by the beast's form, he takes the opportunity to rally the wraithguard to him and points to the tech lord.

"Aim for the corrupt one, knock him down!"

wraith fire erupts along the line and stitches the tech adept in many places, knocking him off his ship and onto the ground in a crash of metallic parts. Beltayn is already sprinting towards him as he rises and the tech lord holds out his servo axe to try and parry Beltayn's blows but he is too slow and cumbersome. Beltayn ducks under the axe and slashes the lord's legs, causing him to topple over. Beltayn reverses the grip on his swords and plunges them into the tech lords chest, ripping it open in a spray of oil and bodily fluids...

He flicks the swords clean before sheathing them, looking up just in time to see the last drop ship on a strafing run towards him, stitching the ground near him with lines of fire, all Beltayn can do is hit the ground and brace himself as the dropship flies over and carves two lines next to him on either side with fire...

The wraithguard aim for the dropship's engine intakes and obliterate them, sending the ship careening into one of the chamber walls where it exploded. Beltayn stood up, brushing himself off and had to mentally force himself not to draw his swords at the sight of Lucian. He spoke hesitantly.

"It is good to see you again, Space wolf, I was afraid you had been destroyed, tell me, where did you go in such a hurry?"

(OOC) It's Soundwave and the ship Nemesis from Transformers

The Drop-ships are left as burning wreaks and husks of what they once where, a group of Chaos Marines carrying a variety of heavy and sonic weaponry emerge from a door-way ahead and open fire. A Single Wraith Guard almost falls but opens fire along with the others as the Chaos marines unleash waves of destruction and raw power, a Chaos Lord emerges. His helm a blank screen that buzzes with sound readings and other information, he reveals two wrist mounted Sonic Blasters and hovers in the air as he opens fire.

"To greet your Shas'o, he has arrived"

Lucian turns to see the shockwaves of the small sonic blasters ripping along the ground. Lucian simply plants himself in the way of them, allowing the shots to hit his massive form and begin tearing him apart, however the damage is too little and Lucian is barely damaged before his body begins to repair itself.

"Move Eldar, do your duty, I will deal with the forces here."

More blasts come forward sending the wolf flying while Sonic-Wave takes more pot shots against his foe, with his jump pack he is able to keep in range of his foes and avoid any ranged attacks.

Wait, what the hell is going on?

First we wered captured, then Bel was trying to save us, now we're fighting some Chaos ships or whatever...

You and Lucain where being held in prison and Lucian broke out and ran of to help Bel against Chaos Ships, leaving you however you can try to break out until he returns for you.

Beltayn is on his feet and moving as soon as Lucian begins to cover him, he sprints as far as he can before Lucian is knocked backwards and then takes cover as sonic waves hit the area around him. The Chaos lord is accurate but Beltayn is supremely agile and is able to dodge the shots before coming to rest behind a pillar.

The wraithguard fire back, most shooting at the marines who are busy returning fire but some aim up towards the Chaos lord to get his attention. Beltayn peeks around the pillar to see the Chaos Lord's attention turned to the are he was receiving fire from and Beltayn takes his chance. He bolts from behind the pillar and makes for the Chaos marine line, drawing his swords as he does so...

Beltayn hits the Marine line like a fox, dodging rounds and juking around marines before they are able to land a solid blow. Nothing can touch him as he acrobatically strafes the marines with flowing moves. His swords only come up to strike those marines down that are in his direct path of motion and they cut apart anything that stands in Beltayn's way.

And so Beltayn almost dances his way to the Marine's rear line and sprints through the chamber door where the Shas O' is before he can be stopped. When he is inside, he takes cover, looking aback out towards the chamber where Lucian and the wraithguard still battled with the marines.

"Just keep them busy..." He said to himself as he moved off. "I'll be back with some friends."

The Chaos Lord watches as Bel runs off, he hisses and aims his Sonic blasters above the door way over Bel who narrowly dodges the derbies and fired a sniper shot that sends him crashing into a wall and falls to the ground. He snarls as the Eldar Ranger escapes from him leaving him to fight of the Wraith guard and Space Wolf, Luidais enters a strange chamber where the Tau commander lies above the bones of a Dark Eldar Warrior.....

Beltayn rushes in, up to the slab where the Shas O' is chained. He finds the Tau unconscious but alive. Beltayn hacks the shackles apart quickly and tries to resuscitate the Shas O'. he cracks a vial of smelling salts from his pocket and holds it under the Shas O's nose.

"Shas O', I am here to free you, where are the rest of your forces? Did you come here by yourself?"

We'll have to wait till Shas returns but if he doesn't I can RP him.

OOC: ...considering his constant "Wait up guys!" posts, I think it might be a good idea to wait...

It does annoy me so we will wait, but not over days because we can't just wait for one player while the others want to continue. Majority wins and I don't think he's gonna be gone for that long.

"Ungh, Bel'tayn, you're here," Kais says drearily. "Where is Lucian, what's happening?"

Please don't say that the Dark Eldar corpse is Atlas! Please!

Lucian sees the eldar run of and grimaces as he realises that hes almost completely alone out here. He grips his spear and begins to indominably move forwards towards the enemy line.

Yeah, your first post after being captued was like, killing some people, and firing your massive gun at some ships or whatever...

OOC: I'd just assumed the part with him breaking out of his restraints was understood...-shrugs-

The Spear goes right through the marine but he does not stop, Sonic-Wave lands and presses into a large assortment of hyper active combat drugs. He instantly speeds into the air and fires waves of sonic energy that shake the foundations of the room.

I thought I read it as if he just randomly started killing stuff as if he was never captured at all...

Marines carrying heavy automatic weaponry enter the room, they begin to take aim and open fire destroying one of the Wraith Guard while the others open fire and retreat.

"Destroy them, keep them from the factories."

"He is out there, fighting the forces of Syrath off, or trying to anyway, we must hurry, I fear he will not be able to resist for much longer."

Beltayn helps the Shas O' to his feet and finds his rail rifle on a collection tray near the restraints and hands it to the Tau commander.

OOC: I got the impression that Shas was captured with other troops with him, are they around?

Atlas is somewhere but not here also here are some objectives;

Event: The Realm Of The Saint
*Objective 1: Navigate your way through the factories towards Syrath
*Objective 2: Find Atlas
*Objective 3: Search for the fallen
*Objective 4: Stop Syrath from becoming a God

All must be attempted in order to continue the RPG, however they can also be failed.

Lucian looks at the heavy weapons with a note of sadness. All the fighting to be taken down by a simple weapon.

He braces himself to fight Sound wave

The marines, unprepared for Beltayn to return, thinking he had fled, deploys his trap from the chamber entrance. He tosses a bundle of mixed frag and shuriken grenades which spread out in their trajectories, landing amongst their lines and exploding violently, tossing them this way and that. While Shas O' rolls forwards into cover and blasts straggling and disoriented marines with his pulse rifle, Beltayn does likewise and takes aim at the heavy weapon marine with his rifle, charging the shot to full power and blasting the Marine's head off in a sparking cone of energy, the marines turn to adress the attack but Beltayn already has them zeroed and before they are able to take cover he dispatches all of them with quick, concise shots to the weak parts of their armor...

Beltayn lowers his rifle and smiles at his handiwork. He looks to Lucian as he prepares to face off with Sound Wave and gives him a thumbs up.

"The road is clear, show that bastard what the Emperor's wolves are made of!" Beltayn shouts in encouragement to the morphed Lucian as he goes back to finishing off the remaining marines.

Lucian watches with amusement and no small amount of shock. But when the weapons had discharged and he saw and heard the Eldar he nodded almost imperceptibly and charged the leaping Sound Wave, and pinned him to the wall with the haft of his spear

Sonic Wave begins to rapidly fire his blasters at the forces of the Eldritch but is swamped by the attacks made by the Tau and the Wolf, he draws his twin energy swords and sweeps down and crashes onto the ground. He turns and fires his wrist mounted blasters knocking Bel aside while concentrating on Shas.....

"Want to try it?" Kais asks confidently, charging his rail rifle, and firing it to make a huge chunk in Sonic Wave's shoulder.
