Another glitch I've got is when assassinating someone as they go through a door, the animation plays and a corpse appears but sometimes it isn't searchable and when I go through the door they appear to have survived.
I have a somewhat similar glitch with the dead I raised. I can newly raise a zombie, walk through a door, and POOF! its dust instantly, and I can loot the body. BUT on a positive note, I figured out a fix to an irritating thing with zombies. USually when I would raise someone, they would just take off and leave their fething weapon on the ground, and try to punch things to death, which was obviously annoying. Ive since learned, that Ill loot their weapon/shield and while they are being raised, Ill loot them again and drop the weapon/shield back on them. Problem solved Automatically Appended Next Post: Grakmar wrote:Lint wrote:Obvious man is obvious, Skyhammer sounded cooler.
Skyhammer does sound cooler, but I think Mathrim is more accurate.
Also, in my above analysis, I ignored the Fortify Restoration exploit. Using that, you can take easily get damage with anything to the point where you can 1-Shot everything.
Whats up Ancient Dragon?

I roleplay my characters ALOT. I also take my helmet off on my Berserker Ork when in towns, and I only ever wear my Daedric armor when the gak hits the fan, other wise hes ALWAYS wearing his fur armor (the one that has the bare chest) Ancient Nordic helm/gauntlets/boots. And I too ride my horse pretty much everywhere I go, and I fast travel as little as possible.

Yea I loved the Dark Brotherhood. But Ill make a suggestion, if you want it to actually be a challenge, either dont play as a sneaky type, or do it first thing, so your weaker, because once you can start instantly killing people with backstabds, and successfully sneak without being seen, its a bit too easy.

So the Dragon in the beginning of the game actually speaks while smashing the hell out of Helgen. Something about Sovngard.
Also I had a fun glitch happen earlier, while on my mage, my magic replenished SUPER FAST while I was still casting spells, so I could/would literally shoot fire balls like a machine gun. It was awesome

Did you just do the quest "Out of Balance"? (The one where you fix the locations around the College).
I think that's working as intended. Each one you fix either gives you a Soul Gem, does damage to you, or gives you that incredibly awesome buff. I've heard that it's a bug, but everyone seems to get it, so I think it's intended.
Nope this was before I did that, and it lasted the entire time I played until I shut it off. Sucked too, because I had gotten used to how badass I was with unlimited mana

I used to do that in Morrowind and its expansions with Vivec and whats her face. I had a pretty badass hammer I used the alchemy cheat on and called it the Vivicron. And a staff with the whats her face and an equally clever name as well. I rather enjoyed doing that. I might want to check that out as well.
Also, I hate enchanting while on the subject. It takes FOREVER and I just dont really care about the effects it can give me. I dunno......maybe Im crazy, I feel like I want to mine half the day, and spend the other half making cool gak for my shelves that vomit said items out on the floor Automatically Appended Next Post: I just had a serious WTF happen this morning. Im sure 1 will be the Jarl, you cant kill the bastard. So Id guess the others would be ones that drive a quest somehow, and therefor you cant kill them. Thats why I miss the old Morrowind days, where when my blood lust got the better of me, I had to deal with the world I created

See I remember the days of Morrowind, when my Sorcerer felt......a little annoyed with the living, and cast an absorb health spell I created, that was so devastating it wiped out all of Balmora in one shot. Thats how I rolled back then. On the xbox even

That was one of the best parts of Morrowind, going completely nuts on spells and enchantments. I remember when we could have: Helm, Armor, Left Pauldron, Right Pauldron, Greaves, Boots, Left Gauntlet, Right Gauntlet, Shield, Weapon, Amulet, Belt, Pants, Shirt, 2 Rings, and a Robe for 17 enchanted items.
In Skyrim, you're limited to only 8 items
Also, Skyrim should have a toggle on whether or not being essential makes you unkillable. Sometimes, I want a character to just go nuts and kill everyone, even if it means I break quests.
Oh hell yea, it made the customization even better, and Im talking just for looks. Look, sometimes I want a shoulder to be larger then the other, sometimes I dont WANT a shoulder pad at all dammit!
But yea I used to go friggin nuts in that game. Once I got it on PC, I went even crazier. Heres a fun thing to do, make arrows and use spears as the image in the game, its fething awesome sauce. Then I got brave and decided to see just how far I could go with spell crafting until my computer exploded. I started in Balmora as always, and casted some crazy as nuclear explosion spell. I remember seeing the "marked for death" pop up from the Ordinators in Vivec, and shortly after that my PC committed suicide I dunno just how many people/things I killed, but Im sure it was more then the plague thats for damn sure

I decided to make a character that I STRICTLY roll play with. And I modeled him after Robin Hood. So furs, and arrows and thats pretty much it. I decided that I will make my money not from stealing though (mainly since everyone is pretty much poor in this game) instead Ill hunt game and sell pelts and make armors and sell those. Its been a real fun time tracking down Elk/Deer and the like and hunting them. Ive also beeing stopping into the Inns for drink on occasion and even been konwn to chop wood from time to time. So far Im making pretty good money doing this, Ive currently just over 6k and Im a lvl12 from hunting and stalking and killing the random bandit.
Have to say, Im really enjoying this character

Yes, I know, Im sure Ill stick an arrow into their faces and rob them I should of said my character is loosely based on Robin Hood. Not really into the steal from the rich give to the poor type. Im mostly out there tracking and hunting. Its been a blast just exploring the vast that is Skyrim

So far, no clue Im half dragon, and I wont lie, its been great. Im thinking about starting a story in the RPG section of this character. Thinking kindda like hes writing in his journal of his adventures. I went towards whiterun, and then just went west for days hunting and tracking. Ive almost talked myself into doing the journal thing on here.
Also, anyone know if I find a shack in the middle of no where, and put my own items in the barrels and so on, would they stay there? Because I dont own a house, and Im wanting to find a shack out in the wilds to call my own, but I dont want to start dropping my stuff there and on the shelves and find out later that oh darn that thing I was saving, is now gone.

Well I took the plunge and made a similar character to felix, but as not to copy him completely, I used an Argonian Its great too, because Ive never actually had an Argonian character....ever.....in any TES games. And I must say, it is rather difficult not killing anything, specially in dungeons. And I was almost stumped when I went to get the dragon stone for that terribly acted Mage in Whiterun. How exactly do I get his stone, without killing HIM So I just played rabbit and let him chase me to soem traps, and presto changeo, I ran back and forth through them until the axes killed him. TADA! Same with Dragons so far, I havnt hit ANYTHING in this game let along kill em. Its a nice change of pace I can tell ya that.
Down side though, Im broke as a joke
