Quick question concerning skimmers and target priority:

As skimmers don't block LOS to other skimmers, does an infantry unit need to take a target priority test to be able to target a skimmer other then the closest one?

HH2

HH1

Infantry Unit

ie: can the infantry unit freely target HH2, or must they pass a priority check to do so?

Yes. The fact that skimmers don't block LOS is not relevant.

They must pass a priority check. The fact that Skimmers don't block line of sight doesn't matter in this regard.

I wish I had my book on me to quote the page and rule, but in the relevant section about target priority it makes no special exception for skimmers or anything like that.

There you go using your ?common sense? again.

Thank you for the quick reply.  I merely mentioned skimmers in order to make a diagram very easy (sorry I'm lazy and didn't want to bother with creating a pic for this question).
