I didn't think that Chaos Termies could use close combat weapons, but when Hellfury armed one of his characters in terminator armor with one I double checked my codex, and sure enough it appears to be legal.  It's interesting that the asterix for ccw's is after the words whereas all of the other weapon asterixes come after the point values.  Maybe that's why I hadn't noticed it before, or maybe I was making assumptions based on the loyalists' terminators.  Anyway is there any reason why this isn't legal?  I just want to know for sure before I potentially reconvert a mini.

I have the first printing of the codex, which may be an issue, I don't know.
