I've been assembling players for a map based campaign, but am looking for a good map.  My ideal map would be one that could be divided up into a large number of sections (could be clumps of hexagons) that each represent a terrain type (forest, city, swamp).  The map would be customisable, so that I could draw on the divisions between terrain zones.  Also, Cities and topagraphic features should be easily recognisable.

In short, if you have run map campigns or know of any good map resources, please let me know on this thread.  Thanks

The 21st century will have a number of great cities. You’ll choose between cities of great population density and those that are like series of islands in the forest. - Bernard Tschumi

We're using the Risk 2210 Map, and it's working pretty good for us. But from what it sounds like your looking for, it probably won't do it.

I thought you guys might be interested in this map i just finished which while not intended as a campaign map, would really work well as one. It is of the whole Old World with a LOT of detail.
