Im probably going to drop 40K anyway, due to a lack of funds and concentrate on my Skaven and HE instead.
Unbound sounds like another stupid venture by GW to try and make a massive profit by selling big crap to kids. I dont have the money to compete, and I wont for a long time.
And frankly, with the balance flying out the window I dont want to stay. All dread armies and all LandRaider armies are not balanced.
But if i could, i would bring 4 Super Heavies
Free from GW's tyranny and the hobby is looking better for it

I would look at doing the same, but 4 Baneblades are less fun/effective than 12 LRBT's

Nothing that hasn't been said already. However, it may tempt me to take more commisars in my MT list for the leadership bonus. That, and, well. Commisars.
Actually, an army of commisars could be amusing... who executes who when a leadership test is failed? I can envision the entire unit wiping itself out in this manner

Guys what about an all star list? A Cannoness, a Chapter Master, an Inquisitor, and a lord commissar in a unit with a librarian (probably Tiggy to get gates) and a squad of terminators. I call it the Imperial All Star team!
The sheer volume of pie plate destruction would be delightful.

I love this idea, imagine playing a broken alliance game where you have the HQs from 3-4 separate armies all start in the middle of the table and the rest of your army deploy in a corner, and then all hell breaks loose. My gaming group used to play these all the time when I only had IG, and while the big scaries (usually like a Daemon Prince, Ghazzy, and a Destroyer Lord) were busy beating the tar out of each other I usually had time to cower and run away because no one gave a crap about the useless Company Commander. The odds would certainly be stacked in your favor with the all-star team though hahaha!
