Hi All

I'm looking for a little advice from the all-knowing dakkites. Basically the main thing that my Eldar army is lacking is Harlequins. However I just can't bring myslef to buy them. The problem is that I was looking too get some flexibility so that I can either take 6 with kisses (maybe a troupe master) in a Falcon or 10 footsloggers with kisses and a shadowseer. Unfortunately the box set offering is, shall we say, a little 'poor' and to get the blisters for these two combos will cost almost £50 ($100 is  you live in the US). Can anyone give any suggestions on how to bring this down as I just can't bring myself to pay that much for a single squad at the moment?

(I have checked ebay - it's looking a little dry at the moment)

Cheers

Drink is the curse of the land. It makes you fight with your neighbor. It makes you shoot at your landlord, and it makes you miss him.

The most obvious move is to use one of several e-tailers that offer a 20% discount on GW stuff. It still ends up being a bit much for a single squad, but atleast it's less than full retail.
Warstore & Battlewagon Bits both spring to mind.

STAY AWAY from The Drop Zone. He offers 25% off GW, but that extra 5% is made up in the cost of time and effort you waste trying to get your items. Then again, if you don't need them before 2008, the extra discount might be worth it...

E-bay is a good place to look for the classic Harleys, though they can often be pretty expensive and the cheaper "under the radar" listings usually get sniped just before closing. DAMN YOU E-BAY SNIPERS!

Once the new sculpts are released, you'll see them on E-bay, but don't count on a discount. Low bidding will probably be made up for in the shipping costs. The classic Harleys might start going for less as many will prefer the new sculpts. Me? I'll stick to the classics as I too can't find it in my heart to pay that much for 1 squad.
