I think that the list lacks some bite. I'm personally a fan of immortals. With assault 2 heavy bolters they are really shooty, much more so than warriors. For less than twice the cost you get over twice as much shooting power. I'd recommend at least one squad of them to veil around with the lord, if not way more. I think that necrons that go immortal heavy are probably one of the strongest builds of necrons out there. If you run the immortal heavy build you'll want to fill up your fast slots with scarabs with d-fields. They are dirt cheap, for necrons at least, and will tie things up for a couple of turns. Of course they're fragile but they compliment the large groups of immortals really well tying up devs and the like for a couple turns. Plus they're way cheaper than destroyers so you can max the number of immortals which is key. If you dont want to go with immortals I'd at least max out the number of destroyers. They're fragile as is, and with only three guys in each sqaud they're going to drop rather quickly. I'd max each squad out so you've got more shooting and a bit more staying power. Probably squads of four so you get the benefits of even numbered squads for scoring purposes. I'm not sure about your second lord. He's a lot of points and I dont really know what you're trying to accomplish with him. I think you'd be much better served by dropping his wargear somewhat. If you really want maybe try running him with a destroyer body so he picks up some speed. If you're worried about HtH those points can go towards a monolith which will help a great deal phasing your troops out of hth and also increase the WBB rolls.
