Im using all the Exarchs mainly because they come in the box sets and thats how Ill be buying the units.  To save points I could drop the Fire Dragon Exarch, possibly the Dire Avenger Exarchs as well.

Yea...if you take triple falcons AND eldrad/avatar, you will probably only play each person you meet once...ever...

Your second list looks more friendly, but still has fight. I would say that DA exarchs are very good. Also the wraithsword is generally worse than a second gun for your wraithlords. If you can find the points, drop the wraithswords and go for EMLs for second weapons on the 'lords. With your defender squads, i would say use multi shot weapons for their platforms. I would swap the lances for scatter lasers, which frees up some points as well.

If you need more points, you could drop the reaper exarch and all of his kit. I think the best thing you could change atm is adding the weapons to the WLs.
