heres a list ive made for a local club turnament.
ill be facing marines, necrons, IG, sisters and if im really unlucky orcs
crit & comments are welcome

Daemon Prince: lash, wings, Slaanesh

5xterminators: Slaanesh, 1chain fist, reaper

9xmarines: 2meltaguns, champ, Pw, slaanesh
Land raider

Vindicator

10xmarines: champ, slaanesh, Pw, 2meltaguns

6xmarines: lascannon
6xmarines: missile launcher
6xmarines: missile launcher

18xplague marines: champ, Pw, 2meltagun

Predator: all lascannon, extra armour

Sorcerer: warptime, slaanesh

The army is too slow.
I'd take at least 2 squads of Noise Marines incl. AC with power weapon, doom siren, mounted in Rhinos.
These squads could take on the 'lashed' units.
Vindicator and Predator are fine.
Termies should be given combi-plasmas.
The rest is personal preference.
Oblits with plasma cannons are another option to take on 'lashed' units.
By the way, the Sorcerer should be given the lash, too. Mine rides a bike.

i never really had a problem with the whole foot-slugging army as im an old time IW player
and we ussally have alot of terrain on the table, i can see the idea behind the Noise marines
only problem there is that i dont have any secondly i might be using the lash the wrong way i generally
use it to stop people shooting or to make sure i have an assualt for the prince

i have a distrust for plasma but i might put some meltaguns on the terminator s
the sorcerer was meant to ride with the 9 man unit for CC support and wasnt really meant to be
more then a fancy AC for taking out what ever nastys they might run into

my only real problem is the sisters as the guy running thme have built his army for anti power- armour
was hoping to blast away at him while my CC units got close anough and then picking them of one at a time
with the lash
