Its a conversion.... I am not the OP but what I can tell at the model is its Nightbringers legs, a terminator torso, and the daemonic sprues arm.... Thats just at first glance. Great work. It looks very mmmm nurgly as it just lands and cast the plague on a world. Its kind of graceful for nurgle though but thats my own opinion.

Here's the best compliment that I can give: that looks very John Blanche, from the pose to the inky paint to the bizarre but well-wrought mutant triple-arm. You have captured the feel of 40K chaos perfectly.
