Why Asurmen when you field no Dire Avengers?
In small battles, one HQ is sufficient.
Give the Autarch mandiblaster and fusion gun if you have the pts.
Wraithguard is a pt sink and hardly make back their pts. They need to be backed up carefully as they will possibly charged after dismounting.
Moreover, replace the Banshees either by Fire Dragons or Harlies with kisses. Both are more effectivs vs tanks resp. troops.

The autarch needs something to shoot, either a fusion gun or a reaper launcher. There's no need to waste his BS6 shooting only the bike's catapult.
Asurmen is sub-par. He's less effective than Yriel, Eldrad and several of the other Phoenix lords, yet he's the most expensive of them all! Yriel might be a good match for the wraithguard -- he is from Iyanden, after all -- although as wuestenfux correctly observes, wraithguard are themselves a sub-par unit.
Realistically, Asurmen, the wraithguard unit and the wave serpent come to 575 points, 46% of your total available points. That's a lot! Of these, only the wraithguard unit is scoring. For this number of points, you can buy a falcon with either fire dragons or harlequins -- two scoring units -- and you'll have points left over for a better HQ (if you want), or a third scoring unit.
Pathfinders are a very situation-specific unit. In some situations, such as against a tyranid godzilla list, they are awesome. In many others, such as against an imperial guard force, they are not so good. You can use them to kill a few guardsmen and hope to pin a unit, but they'll never make up their (considerable) point cost. For this reason I would recommend against using almost 20% of your available points to buy pathfinders, as you have done. One unit should be sufficient. Jetbikes might make a nice alternative for the other troop choice, as they can keep up with the tanks, and if led by a warlock with destructor and a singing spear, they can hit hard against both medium-armored infantry and vehicles.

The list I have posted has won 3 out of the 4 games I've tried it in. In every game, Asurman and the Wraithguard more than make up their points. I understand what your saying, but it's falling upon Deaf ears. They have made a place in my army. Anyone care to give me a reason WHY Asurman and Wraithguard are bad?

Well, compare Asurmen to Prince Yriel. In close combat they each get four attacks (except when charging). Against a marine, Yriel has a 2/3 chance of hitting and a 5/6 chance of wounding, so on average he will kill 2.22 marines. Asurmen has an 8/9 chance of hitting and a 1/2 chance of wounding, so on average he will kill 1.78 marines. Yriel kills .44 more marines per turn than does Asurmen. Additionally (and importantly), Yriel has a S9 attack against armored targets; Asurmen has no way of harming anything with an AV greater than 10. Yet Asurmen costs 75 points more!
There are other differences, of course. Asurmen has the dire avenger exarch skills (you can still get those from a dire avenger exarch), a 2+ save and T4. Yriel has the eye of wrath, a one-time attack that will kill virtually everything around him. Asurmen is fearless, Yriel is a master strategist. These differences are nowhere near significant enough to make the less effective character worth 75 points more than the more effective character.
As for wraithguard, they're expensive at 35 pts/model, and while they're very difficult to kill, they don't have much offensive power. The wraithcannons are powerful, but you only get 5 shots, and with a range of 12 inches, you can shoot a unit once before it charges you. In hand-to-hand combat, the wraithguard have only one attack each, and 175 points is a lot to spend for 5 S5 attacks. You won't take many casualties, but you might be tied up for a long time. Having a good close combat character with the wraithguard could help this, though, especially since said character will inherit the wraithguards' fearless ability.

Asurman usually gets stuck in with the Wraithguard to help with counter assaults.

After expanding your army to a larger pt scale, Asurmen and WG will come liabilities.

Well, Asurmen has killed an entire squad of terminators on his own, while the wraithguard have killed land raiders, monoliths, ect with ease.
