Okay, so I have seen dakka work for the orks...quite a number of times...but it is never as consistent as the good ol' power klaw and skorcha! Thus I am led to the creation of the following list:

Warboss (Mega Armor, Cybork, Bosspole)
Warboss (Mega Armor, Cybork, Bosspole)

MANz x 4 (Kombi-Skorcha, Trukk, Reinforced Ram, wreckin' ball)
MANz x 4 (Kombi-Skorcha, Trukk, Reinforced Ram, wreckin' ball)
MANz x 4 (Kombi-Skorcha, Trukk, Reinforced Ram, wreckin' ball)
MANz x 4 (Kombi-Skorcha, Trukk, Reinforced Ram, wreckin' ball)
MANz x 4 (Kombi-Skorcha, Trukk, Reinforced Ram, wreckin' ball)

Looted Wagon (Skorcha)
Looted Wagon (Skorcha)
Looted Wagon (Skorcha)

Skorcha x 2 (Skorcha, Trakks)
Skorcha x 2 (Skorcha, Trakks)
Skorcha x 2 (Skorcha, Trakks)

Haven't quite worked out the strategy bugs on this one yet. Not even sure it would work, but it sure would be fun!!! Maybe I will call it the "BBQ'd Grox Wing: Same great taste as the Deff Wing, only spicier!"

1 small idea

If you drop a warboss and replace with mad doc, you can give EVERYONE a cybrok body. You;d lose a nob unit but then they can be spread to make units of 5 which would still bit in trukks

Its a scary list on paper but I don't know how well it will function on the table. Its a lot of easily killable vehicles with very little in the way of bodies which is what an Ork army needs.

The Boss poles will help but what will happen to the other 3 squads that don't have them? one dead model and you are testing on a 7 I believe.

Play some games with it and post a battle report. That should give a good indication of its feasibility.

Great point about the Doc. I think he would be a nice fit and would allow for cybork bodies on the MANz. That would definitely increase their survivability, but he is a special character and I am not sure that I can use him in a tournament then. I have heard it both ways. But again, I could see switching out one squad of MANz for the dok, pick up the dirty cheap grots as the 40pt troop filler to meet compulsory, and the points from the other warboss that would be dropped would help with cyborking the lads. Not a bad idea by any means, plus it gives one group FNP and fearless. That would be one heck of a little group.

As for the leadership issue, I agree, it will be an issue. I guess my thinking was that these boys are going to be one round wonders against stuff. all of those PK attacks should win them combat outright. the issue becomes things like Howling Banshees and other power weapon wielding fools. They will eat this list up and spit it out if I rush the troops straight in. I was thinking that I would have the skorcha buggies and wagons soften things up against the power weapon wielding troops. The wagons may have a bit of a better shot to do so since they have cardboard armor instead of paper.

This list DEFINITELY has its drawbacks, but it should still be fun to play. I'll let you know how it goes.
