Destroyer Lord With phase shifter, phylactery, warscythe. 185 points
Troops:
2 X ten warriors, 360 points
Fast Attack
10 scarabs 120 points
2 X 5 destroyers 500 points
Elites:
2X 10 Immortals, 560 points
This totals up to 1725 points. I am unsure what to do with the extra 125 points. Im open to any suggestions or comments on the list. I am entering in a tournament in two weeks so I want to have the best Necron List possible.

Would it be worth it to reduce your Scarabs to take another Destroyer Lord? That might be pretty nasty, especially against armies that are weak in Assault.

I've seen a Destroyer lord with a Lightning Field join a group of Scarabs and cause untold mayhem.
As for adding to the list, the ability to teleport is amazing, and I'd go along with the 2nd lord with veil idea.

I would suggest getting res orbs in that list. Without them those S8+ weapons will end your day quickly. Also I would beef up some of those Warrior squads to 12 or so with the additional points.
Adding the second destroyer lord is a decent idea but I would rather have one on foot with the veil and the orb.

Split your Immortals into more squads, no need to leave an Elite slot unfilled.
Other than that, as other's have suggested you need a way to do something about CC. That's either a Veil, a Lith or a C'tan. You can take your pick, but if you don't have one somebody is going to jump an assault squad or two into your face with a chaplain hanging out just behind them, and that'll be game.

All in all, fact is that Warhammer 40K has never been as balanced as it is now, and codex releases have never been as interesting as they are now (new units and vehicles and tons of new special rules/strategies each release -- not just the same old crap with a few changes in statlines and points costs).

I personally don't consider an Orb to be mandatory, and never give one to my Destroyer Lord. If I'm running a list with him in it, he's kind of a proactive defense against the big guns, heading right at them and ripping them apart or running them off the board with his Nightmare Shroud rather than just letting my guys get back up. A nice swarm of scarabs surrounding him keeps him from getting shot up in the meantime.
The large number of Immortals (i wish i had that many) and Destroyers should be able to take care of any tanks that threaten them as well. And like was said split them into three smaller groups, so a concentrated barrage of fire can't get lucky and knock as many down. Just make sure they stay near each other so they can keep getting back up.
That said, with 125 pts to spare, you could easily drop one Immortal and take a Lord with an Orb to stand around and look pretty. Or maybe one Destroyer and one Scarab and take another unit of Warriors.
