Well, I'd take 2x10 Guardians with a platform of choice (eml's are nice).
Add an Avatar and a Farseer with fortune (Avatar), guide (Guardians), stones.
This combo can walk in the Avatar's fearless bubble.
Then you have about 500 pts left for a Falcon and a Wraithlord with brightlance, eml.
If you want Banshees, take them. Harlies would be better.
Just my 2 cents.

First for the heavy weapons platform scatter laser instead of starcannon you get alot more bang for your buck. second pulse laser and scatter laser for your falcon brigt lances are a waste on falcons since you can only fire 1 after moving and your falcons should ALWAYS be moving as for the wraithlord eml and bright lance with 2 flamers this makes it an excellent tank and infantry hunter oh and get some fire dragons to mount in the falcon for tank hunting.
