I have a Battlewagon with a Killkannon.

I have a squad of Boyz on said Battlewagon.

I fire the Killkannon.

Can the Boyz onboard fire?

I think so, but I seek others opinions.

Heh interesting.. I assume you have concluded that just because a vehicle firing an ordnance weapon is not permitted to fire anything else, this restriction does not seem to extend to passengers anywhere in the rules.

I would agree.

I would also have to agree. Firing the ordnance weapon precludes the use of other weapons on the vehicle. I do not see that passengers would be affected by this and could fire as normal. I get this mostly from the fact that the passengers are allowed to fire at a separate target from the one the vehicle fired at, further distinguishing the two as separate units.

Stelek, as the posters above have said, nothing's stopping you. A vehicle's shooting is separate from that of its passengers.

I'll jump on the battlewagon and agree with the above.

The boyz inside are mostly affected by the movement of the vehicle.

Otherwise you would have the situation of a raider only shooting its Darklance but the warriors inside cant fire their blaster because the raider moved 12" and fired 1 main weapon and the warriors supposedly cant shoot another main weapon with the blaster.

Based on that instance I will have to agree with the above posters otherwise the situation I described above happens.

I painfully learned that this kind of thing works with Smoke Launchers too. Firing Smoke only keeps the vehicle from shooting, not the guys inside of it.

I presume this extends to Big Shoota's mounted on the battlewagon but are fired by the Boyz inside as well, correct?

It would, except there are no Bolt-on Big Shootas anymore. All of the upgrades to the BW are fired by the BW crew, not the boyz on board.
