Can I get some vets to critique and adjust this list. I also need to know what are the weak points that my opponent could exploit to defeat this army easily.

Fluff wise- Biel-Tan Suppression Force. The Biel-Tan hate all other races and believe that the Eldar should once again dominate and control the galaxy. Hence they have built certain units to achieve this task and end goal.

This is a Biel-Tan clean up and occupation crew that is meant to go into the field of combat in mass to totally clear and control a sector of the battlefield without prejudice. They primary missions are to make the enemy disapear without leaving any survivors, protect the maiden runs from xeno invansions, and pacify any xeno insurrections if killing them is not an option. The Avatar is present due to urgency of completely destroying the enemy at all cost or intimidating the xenos into submission. The guardians have been added because of the large amount of troops needed to make sure no enemy combatant escapes the battlefield, plus the Eldar always run on low aspect warriors. The Fire Dragons are present to destroy any heavy armor and support the Dire Avengers when the shuriken catapults are enough to destroy the enemy. The Falcons are in the list to transport the Fire Dragons and because they are scoring units. I hate building list with 140 point non scoring units. The list is meant to take on all comers. It is a shooting list with the only dedicated assault unit being the Avatar. The Avatar would be more of a counter charge unit that tries to scare armies to do what I want them to do movement wise so I can prolong my shooting turns. In total there are 81 models in this list.
I need some veteran 40K gamers to see the wholes in this list and exploit its weaknesses. I also need to determine if it has enough in it to face MEQ infantry or drop pod armies and win. What are the tactics opponents would use to counter this list.

1.Avatar

2.Fire Dragons (6)
3.Fire Dragons (6)
4.Harlequins (6) shadowseer, 6 kisses

5.Dire Avengers (10) Exarch, twin catapults, bladestorm
6.Dire Avengers (10) Exarch, twin catapults, bladestorm
7.Dire Avengers (10) Exarch, shimmershield, defend
8.Dire Avengers (10) Exarch, shimmershield, defend
9.Guardians (10) Missile Launcher
10.Gaurdians (10) Missile Launcher

11.Falcon- spirit stones, star cannon, holofields
12.Falcon- spirit stones, star cannon, holofields
13.Wraith Lord- Bright Lance

Fire Dragons- heavy armor and hard target killer (Nidzilla, deepstriking terminators, biker Nobs, and etc.)
Harlequins- counter assault unit, bait unit
Avatar- keep units on the field, counter assault, and fire magnet
Dire Avengers @ bladestorm- primary charging fire line
Dire Avengers @ defend- secondary charging line, hold enemy advance
Guardians- fire support for Avengers, pinning low leadership units, anti-armor
Wraith Lord- BS4 brightlance, fire magnet
Falcons- transport dragons, VP denial, objective grabbers

This list is kind of begging for a farseer, maybe at 2,000 points I would add a fortune and guide guy with spirit stones and singing spear.

If you want a tournament list, add a Farseer (as you said).
He should fortune the Avatar.
The Harlie squad is a bit small as its footslogging, I'd opt for an 8 men squad led by a Troupe Master.

Armies: Eldar, Necrons, Blood Angels, Grey Knights; World Eaters (30k); Bloodbound; Cryx, Circle, Cyriss

I don't think the Falcons need those starcannons. You already have enough mass firepower to deal with 2+s. I would go with the cheaper scatter laser instead.

The WL should have an EML as well if possible.

I would not field a footslogging Harlie squad without a Farseer with RoWard. All it takes is for your opponent to use a FotA Libby and it's a sure thing that not one of your Harlies will survive to make it into CC.

You should definitely take Eldrad. The dire avengers exarchs with shimmershields would still benefit considerably from bladestorm: it's buying you 9 extra shots before you engage in close combat.
