I played a game versus High Elves the other week and had a few questions about the army I faced. It was a fun game but I was a little iffy on certain things that my opponent said during the game. If anyone could clear these up I'd appreciate it. Thanks! 
Is Tyrion Immune to Psychology and, if he is, does he give that ability to the unit he's in?
Does Tyrion have a Bound Spell on Power Level 11 that gives him a 20'' extra move?
Do Dragon Mages ride Moon Dragons? I always thought they rode Sun Dragons?

wtf?
His horse is M10, but I don't see a bound spell that allows
him to move 20". He isn't immune to psychology, and
archmages can ride on Moon Dragons, but Sun Mages can't.
Ick.

umm, you got screwed. tyrion is awesome, but if he was immune to psychology he would just be flat out wrong. bound spell power 11. never even heard of a bound spell that hard to dispel, an giving him 20" extra movment would be crazy. this is my super cool general that can move 40" in a turm!!!! everything must die. and Dragon Mages only ride SUN dragons. I don't think I would play with that guy again.

just my two cents, he could have just been ignorant to the rules or had someone else 'show him the ropes' who was a cheating bastard...first few games i played of 40k it happened to me, but was just someone who was taught wrong and too lazy to read their codex instead of someone spitefully cheating...but if they are too lazy to read their dex i wouldnt play with them again anyways...on principal.
