I appreciate everyone's feedback, but now I'm starting to think maybe Epidimius lists are too risky. It could really suck if Epidimius came out late in the game.
The real issue is that nurgle is very slow, and a Tallyman list is going to mostly be relying on S&P rolls to get anywhere. Besides the princes the enemy can generally keep away from your über-bearers and go for the objectives or isolate the actual killing elements.
On building Tallyman lists, princes are where the initial tally is going to get boosted, until you get the first couple upgrades - which mostly affect plaguebearers and heralds, as they have plague swords - then the troops can lay in. Eventually you hit those sexy power weapons and nurglings become the nastiness of a sudden. I have heard debate about taking Kugath, as his ranged attak helps close the distance that the army's slowness makes such an issue. Something to think about.
Prince-wise, I agree with knocking some points off those two and getting a third. I'd say a good min build is:
Demon Prince -
MoN, iron hide, noxious touch, cloud of flies = 155
Yes, no wings. Your call if you think paying 430 for 2 flying princes or 465 points for 3 walking princes is the better deal. Again, there's the speed issue to keep in mind, but on the flipside the princes will be the ones getting the tally high as fast as possible, while also being targeted like crazy by the enemy.
